The price includes our panoramic apartment on a self-catering basis, cleaning (excluding hotel sevice), a garage, and the bed linen and towels. Half Board (registration every day), breakfast buffet and the wellness area in the 'Hotel Ursprung' can be used for a fee and if booked in advance. There is a bread service - order in the evening and pick up the fresh bread in the morning! The local tax of € 1.10 per person will be charged on the spot (children under 14 years free). The apartment is equipped with a balcony or winter garden, glass front for an amazing panoramic view, bedroom with the possibility of an extra bed, living room with sofa bed, dining table, a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, tea and coffee maker, shower and separate toilet, a radio / TV and Internet access.

Hotel und Appartements Ursprung in Königsleiten

Die Appartements sind zweckmässig eingerichtet, mit GS, 2-Platten Keramikherd, Mikrowelle,geräumiger Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach und Fernsehgerät (Empfang der meisten deutschsprachigen Sendern). Bettwäsche und Frottewäsche ist im Preisinbegriffen auch erhält man kostenlos Geschirrspültabs und WC-Papier. Ebenso ein Tiefgaragenplatz mit direktem Zugang in das Appartmenthaus.
Der Ausblick von Terrasse oder Balkon ist, bei schönem Wetter, fantastisch. Bergpanorama vom Feinsten.
Im benachbarten Hotel Ursprung, kann man die Sauna gegen kurzer Voranmeldung mit benutzen (Dampfbad+Finnsauna), gg. kleine Gebühr auch Whirlpool und Solarium.
Das Hotel verfügt über eine ausgezeichnete Küche im mittleren Preissegment. Sehr empfehlenswert!!
Im ganzen Betrieb wird Gastfreundschaft ganz Gross geschrieben. Sehr nettes Familienunternehmen.
Landschaftlich sehr reizvolle Umgebung mit schönen Naturerlebnissen.
Das Nationalparkzentrum in Mittersil und die Krimmlerwasserfälle liegen recht nah, sehr sehenswert. Auto wird empfohlen!
Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und uns von der österreichischen Herzlichkeit und den kulinarischen Genüssen verwöhnen lassen.
