Absolutely stunning 3 bedroom PENTHOUSE at the peak of the Fraser Crossing building. It doesn't get much better than this for ease of access to the ski slopes in the winter and biking trails in the summer. The building entrance is just a very short walk to the Zephyr lift. No need to be bothered with far away parking or crammed ski shuttles.

The Penthouse is a spacious, 1,500 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with the largest covered deck you can imagine, overlooking the slopes, the Winter Park village and the creek. This sunny, south facing, deck is a wonderful place to relax after a day of summer biking or hiking.

Our Penthouse is one of ONLY four 3-bedrooms in this complex, so is a highly sought after property for those people requiring more room to share with family and friends. There is a king sized bed in the large master suit which has it's own private shower room.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. Perfect for the kids!

Need to rent skis/boards? We can offer you a 50% discount on ski/board packages from the ski rental shop at the base of Winter Park, next to the Zephyr lift. What's more, the rental shop is happy to store your skis at the end of your ski day ready for a quick pick the following morning.

Need lift tickets? Ask us about our $69 lift ticket coupons - while supplies last!

Do you have a well behaved dog that you just can't leave at home? We do allow you to bring your dog (for a small additional fee). We request that your dog will not bark excessively in your absence and that it is fully house trained. Any sign of ''dog damage'' will require an additional cleaning fee.

Our family has had an absolutely marvelous time in your condo. It was the perfect size for our group of 8 and we felt right at home! We ere in sue of the amazing view as well. This was our first trip to Winter Park and I feel certain that we will return again. The resort was so much more than we expected and we loved being so close to the slopes. We enjoyed having the hot tub to relax in after a tiring day on the slopes! Thank you for opening your condo up to us. We've truly had an unforgettable wonderful vacation.

My boys first strapped on ski's at Winter Park when they were 3 years old. They are now 12 and 10 yrs old. Needless to say they have skied every run, every cliff and every shoot at Winter Park/Mary Jane and they still want to come back for more!

April Perman purchased this condo in 2010

We chose this property as it was our dream condo at the base of Winter Park. We love the fact that we can wake up, grab a quick breakfast, coffee from Starbucks, and be skiing without having to get in a car or a shuttle bus. And every one is free to ski as many or few runs as they like, and easily walk back to the condo when they are done.

This condo offers a great living area space to enjoy after skiing and is big enough to entertain friends and family. This is not your 'regular' Fraser Crossing Rental managed by IntraWest. We have many extras including up graded HD flat screen TV's and numerous games and puzzles.

This condo is clean, quiet and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The table on the private balcony can accommodate a large group for meals, and the view of the mountains is beautiful. The common outdoor area is just a few floors down (it can be seen from the master bedroom) with a hot tub, fireplace, grill and plenty of seating. The village is across the street and there's a shuttle that regularly runs between the check-in desk and town. Definitely worth a return visit.

The perfect week in the snow

We've just returned from the perfect week in the snow. April's apartment was a fantastic home away from home, with those extra touches of luxury that make the end of a day on the slopes so much more relaxing.

Everything we needed in the fully equipped, luxury penthouse was there. The kids adored their bunk beds, as well as the cupboards jammed packed with toys and DVDs.
Winter Park's awesome slopes were only a couple of minutes walk away, as were some great restaurants, bars and cafes to visit in the evenings.

When you add on the free shuttle service to take you anywhere in the local area, as well as the enormous hot tub, it was actually hard to come home!

Perfect. Surpassed all expectations of our group.

We were fortunate enough to rent this exquisite condo for our "boys" ski trip (all of us are over 60) at Winter Park. The layout was perfect and it had all the amenities, not to mention the fact that it is a stones throw from the WP base. We didn't use the deck since it was snowing but I can see where it would be ideal in the summer.
I have stayed several times in the Zephyr Lodge and those rooms are nowhere near as nice as this unit. In fact, the entire building is an obvious upgrade from the Zephyr.
I got a lot of compliments from the people in our group for finding this well appointed condo. The place was immaculate when we walked in and check in and parking was a breeze. I can't think of a better place to stay if you are visiting Winter Park/Mary Jane.

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient.

We had a delightful family ski weekend. The condo was just perfect! Plenty of room for six of us and could have added 2-3 more. April was a delight to work with-- even allowed us to do an early check in, which was very helpful. The location- right across from the lift-- was also great, especially as we had an age range of 4-73! Made it easy to go back and forth as needed. The hot tub was a treat-- as were the cozy terry cloth robes we found in the closet-- ready for us to snuggle into after a long day of skiing and a relaxing time in the tub. We definitely plan to return and highly recommend this condo to others.

Convenient, Comfortable Condo

We just returned from a fantastic trip to Winter Park with great ski conditions and a having stayed at this fantastic condo. The property is comfortable and as convenient to the slopes as possible. It is well appointed with comfortable beds and pillows and all the kitchen gadgets and utensils one would need. I highly recommend this property.

One word of warning - there is an additional daily fee for parking in the building's underground deck. This is not levied by the owner - it would be paid directly to the property manager, at the front desk, upon arrival. While free parking is available we found it to be inconvenient and decided to pay to park in the building's deck.

Perfect for families

We needed a place in Winter Park to accommodate 3 families -- 6 adults and 4 kids -- during the Freeride Festival mountain biking event. We couldn't possibly have asked for a more perfect place. We parked in the underground garage, which even accommodated our big SUV with roofbox. Right be the elevator, there was a gated "cage" for all our bikes. The unit itself is spectacular; even roomier than we expected from looking at the photos here. The quality and tastefulness of the furnishings was first-rate. Beautiful furniture, awesome kitchen with good assortment of cookware and tableware, spotless, modern bathrooms, quality bedding and linens, nice TV and sound system (even a great-sounding Bose dock for iPhones), robes for the hot tub, loads of games, even labeled switches for all of the designer lighting. The deck is HUGE and a wonderful place to hang out. (Careful scooting the heavy patio furniture around early in the morning. The folks from the unit below came up to let us know we woke them up.) We didn't move our vehicles for 3 days because everything was just a short walk away. The beautiful hot tub was the perfect temp and surrounded by an attractive stone patio. All-in-all, this place exceeded our expectations by a wide margin. One of the nicest places we've rented, and we do this often. We never met the owner, who was on vacation in Europe at the time, but she answered my emails promptly and dealt cheerfully with a number of minor adjustments to our booking.
