Enjoy gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico by day and stunning sunsets in the evening in every room of this 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, 3 car garage home built in 2003. 2400 square feet of living space plus a 1900 square foot garage.

This home has 3 stories and an elevator to take you to each one. Sit on the screened balcony from one of the master bedrooms on the 3rd floor or from the living area on the 2nd floor to relax while you watch dolphin, manatee and all other types of water life.

For the boat lovers, there is a private dock in your back yard canal. Rent a boat from one of the local marinas for great fishing and other water sports. The house is on a canal that directly accesses the Gulf half a mile from the home.

Pine Island, a public beach, is a 10 minute drive away. Other attractions within 30 minutes are Weeki Wachee and Homosassa Springs.

If you're looking for theme/amusement parks, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are an hour drive and all of the Disney attractions are a 1 1/2 hour drive.

There are several local restaurants 5 minutes from the house and numerous chains less than 20 minutes away.

The view from this home is priceless...at sunset the sky turns a million shades of every color possible, the rear of the home is completely open with full view doors & windows of the gulf!!! The home is impeccably decorated & super clean. Everything you could possibly need & would have at your own home is available for use. The neighborhood is beautiful & peaceful. The boat dock is perfect for fishing, snook, mullet, different types of gar, sheephead & you cant imagine the diffrent types of sealife you will encounter...sea turtles, stingray, horseshoe crabs, sea horse, to name a few & at some point everyday had Manatee pass by...every morning we had dolphins at play in the canal...if you truely enjoy watching the waterlife or just need a slow down...this is the place to be...to relax & just enjoy the beauty that you're sure to see!!! I cant wait for our return visit!!! This place is just amazing & perfectly located, there is so much to do in the area...Pine Island Beach, conoeing boating, Weeki Wachee...& just a short drive to Tampa or Orlando.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Tastefully decorated, Great views

We just came back from Gulfwind Getaway. It is a great property. It’s very clean and tastefully furnished with quality furniture. The view from the huge screened porch is beautiful! The elevator is very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet. The neighbors are friendly. It’s a great place for a family vacation. Boat dock has water all the time. We even found an honest and very knowledgeable marine mechanic to fix out boat. His name is Jim Kirkpatrick. He works out of Sterling Marina, just at the entrance of the neighborhood. The owner of this property is very helpful and accommodating as well.

If you are visiting this area, you got to rent this place.
