We invite you to come and stay at our newly decorated 3 BR/3 1/2 BA Cottage in the upscale resort community of the Hollows. Experience the serenity of the rustic Texas Hill Country and enjoy true lake resort living while leaving your worries and city traffic behind. The amenities offered by the Hollows, including its award-winning marina, are unmatched, providing year-round activities - 18 miles of scenic hiking and biking trails, a spectacular multi-level Beach Club that features a dramatic infinity-edge pool, multiple grotto pools, a fitness center, indoor/outdoor dining facilities and kayaking.

As you walk into our Cottage, you can't help but notice the attention to detail - the hand-scraped hickory wood flooring, exposed beam ceilings and wood trim. Perched on a ridge overlooking one of several canyons in the Hollows, the view from the large elevated rear deck (13 ft. by 26 ft.), or out the wall-to-wall windows of the 'great-room', provides a spectacular panoramic view of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The living area provides comfortable seating for socializing or propping your feet up to watch your favorite shows on the large high-definition TV with Blue Ray DVD player.

The dining area with its 60' round dining table provides seating for 8 - plus an additional 3 bar stools at the over sized island. The adjacent kitchen with its stainless appliances and granite counter tops is stocked with all the accessory items and condiments you will need during your stay.

Off the kitchen is an enclosed washer dryer, a half-bath for guests and a work area with a desk. WiFi with an all-in-one printer, copier and scanner is available, so bring your work with you (if you must).

The Master Suite on the first floor provides an escape from the hustle & bustle taking place elsewhere. Triple-windows on the rear wall provide fantastic Texas Hill Country views, and its king-sized bed with a Tempur-Pedic type mattress assures ultimate comfort. The luxurious bathroom has double granite vanities and a double walk-in rain shower. A second master upstairs also has a king-sized bed and the third bedroom has two bunk beds. All of the beds have Tempur-Pedic-like mattresses providing comfortable accommodations for 8 people with no need to hassle with a sleeper sofa or a trundle bed - ideal for three or four couples to share, or two families with kids.

We are the Berrymans - Bill Sr. and wife Lynn, sons Bill Jr - his wife Ilonka, Brad - his wife Jacqui and four grand-kids - Trey, Blake, Lauren and Austin. Conveniently we all reside in the Houston area. Bill Sr. is retired, Bill Jr. is with BMC software and Brad with Continental (United) airlines. We look forward to our family get-togethers in our Cottage at the Hollows.

Beautiful, Relaxing, Setting

The property was perfect! We were here with extended family and wanted a place we could relax. The deck is perfect for your morning coffee, the firepit is great at night! The house was immaculately maintained and well stocked, they supplied anything we could have needed. It is beautifully furnished and comfortable to feel as though you are right at home! The pool area is beautiful, although the pools were a bit cold, the kids loved swimming there. Although the Development is a bit out of the way, that is what made it such a relaxing place to enjoy our vacation! Thank you for renting out your cottage, we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hill Country!

We recently moved back to NY from Austin, TX and this was our first trip back to visit friends and family in Texas. We wanted a nice place to stay that would be a great meeting point for our friends and family to come out to visit us. We picked a great place! From the first moment we walked in the house we knew we would have a great stay. The house is gorgeous! Well decorated, very clean, comfortable, and everything we needed was right there. The yard was great for our BBQ with friends and it had plenty of room to the side for the kids to run around. We had a wonderful stay and I thank the owner for not only allowing us in his beautiful home, but also for being such a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly be back for another visit!

Relaxing setting...

My wife and I stayed at the cottage with our two toddlers. The cottage was very well appointed and there were no negative surprises. The Berrymans were fantastic to interact with and went out of their way to make sure that we were well taken care of. We enjoyed the beach club a couple of times, but our main goal was to enjoy some "down time"... The view was excellent and we really enjoyed the fact that the cottage was at the end of the row of cottages as our view seemed to be more expansive. The kids really enjoyed seeing deer in the area and now consider the cottage "our lake house"... We have already recommended the cottage to some friends and will likely stay here again.

A wonderful cottage. Very nicely decorated and well equiped. The views are amazing and we loved grilling on the deck. Swimming pools are great and the owner Bill, was a pleasure to deal with. We can highly recommend this rental, and will definately come back in the colder months to enjoy the fireplace and firepit!
