Would not stay there again!

First let me say that we have rented several houses and this by far was the worst. Stephanie/Valerie were horrible at customer service and helping us. I was the one who had to follow up with them to send us the house information and then once we checked and sent a list of complaints about the house they followed up on the last day. I told Stephanie not to worry about fixing the issues because we were leaving the next day. Now about the house, it is dirty and has bugs and there is a lot of up keep that needs to happen. They do not have bath mats - we had to use towels, the sliding glass doors are almost impossible to open and close, the dishes were dirty and we had to wash them all when we got there. They do not give you any cleaning supplies (ie - garbage bags, countertop cleaner, toliet cleaner, washing machine supplies). I would not rent this place again until they fixed it up and clean it better.
Owner's Response: I am very sorry that this guest did not enjoy her stay in this villa. As a company we pride ourselves on providing the best customer care and speedy resonse to any issues the guest may have no matter how great or small. It is very important to us that our guests have the best vacation possible without having to be concerned about their villa. This is reflected by the number of repeat guests that stay in this villa every year.
We have a small management team on site who respond immediately to any issue from instructions to use the pool and spa to repairing an a/c unit. This villa is self catering and we supply basic cleaning products for the guests arrival which include dishwasher tablets and bathroom tissue.
In the light of this review we will stress even more strongly to our guests the need to report any concerns to us as soon as possible.
