Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps 5, with views to Balmoral Beach

This apartment has recently been fully renovated with the best fixtures, fittings and appliances. Available both for long and short term stay.

This two bedroom apartment sleeps 5 people with 1 Queen Bed in the master bedroom and a double bed and single bed bunk bed in the second bedroom.

New kitchen with all new appliances including stone bench top, full size fridge with filtered water, Espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. European laundry with washing machine and dryer. New bathroom with the very best fittings and heated towel rail.

Open plan living/dining area with a 2 seater lounge and a 3 seater lounge with Reverse cycle air-conditioning which opens to a small balcony with BBQ and views of boats on Balmoral Beach.

Large Samsung 55” flat screen TV with FetchTV pay TV and DVD player and Master Bedroom with large 42” flat screen TV with DVD player.

Lock up parking included.

All rates include electricity, phone line rental, Internet usage and cable TV.

Easy access to all Balmoral Beach restaurants and cafes just 50 meters away. Mosman village shops at a 15 minute walk or a short drive. The nearby restaurants are some of the best in Sydney.

This apartment has views to the beach and a balcony to spend the lazy afternoons reading a book while the kids play safely on the beach, or run around on Balmoral oval which has a skate park and cricket nets, or they can swim safely in the beach baths.

For the adults who want to work out while on holidays there is a training circuit at Balmoral Oval with equipment to use for free.

Excellent location, nicely furnished apartment.

We stayed with our 2 young girls (5&7 - family of 4) and found this apartment wonderful. It was a short walk to the beach and with so many cafes/restaurants to choose from you don't need to go anywhere! It is a short walk up the hill to Military Parade if greater shopping is required. Thoroughly recommend it and will be staying again.

Fab apartment, fab location!

I stayed here with my partner and my parents for two weeks in February and it was fabulous!

The apartment is bright, spacious and easily accommodated 4 adults. On arrival it was immaculately clean, decorated to a high standard and very well equipped – it contained everything we could need for a two week holiday. Before arriving we were slightly concerned that my parents might struggle to get up and down three flights of stairs as there is no lift but this was not a problem even for them.

We were extremely thankful for the air-conditioning and both the bedrooms had floor fans, the large built in wardrobes were also a huge benefit. The wifi in the apartment made planning and booking our activities easy.

Mosman is a great location for easily getting to all parts of Sydney. The apartment is a stones through away from the beautiful Balmoral Beach which was actually one of our favourite beaches in Sydney.

While the garage is relatively small, we managed to fit the Mitsubishi Lancer that we rented in easily (although getting in and out took a bit of getting used to). The garage was also contained some useful beach equipment balls/bucket and spade etc. The kerb to get into the car park is quite steep and we scraped the bottom of our car on it a few times, the trick is to go in at an angle.

Joseph made the whole booking process very easy and stressless and our deposit was returned very quickly.

We all loved this apartment, we could not have found a better base for our holiday and we will definitely book this next time we visit Sydney.

Dream Beach retreat in Balmoral...Yes it is!

We've just spent (2 adults and 2 kids age 8 and 6) a wonderful week in this property where all has been carefully thought of by the owner. Nothing was missing all the way to nice details such as the first few coffee capsules to get you going on the Nespresso Machine....All newly renovated with top of the range appliances and a few steps away from the beach, all in working order...I totally recommend the place and will definitely be considering returning on our next holiday in Sydney.....

Fantastic location with everything you need & more

The apartment is in a fantastic location opposite the beach at the south end of Balmoral. Balmoral Oval provides plenty of open space for the kids to play balls sports or ride bikes around the outside track. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. Mosman Village is also a 15 minute scenic walk up the hill to many shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is situated on the third level and had all the essentials for a beach holiday stay and more. The apartment has been recently renovated and includes all the mod cons.

Parking on street was $35 a day or you could use the garage underneath which also had deck chairs, boggie boards and balls for the beach or park.
