This House was even better than the pictures it was absolutely perfect, comfortable, beautifully decorated and furnished. I definitely recommend this house to anybody who wants a little get away vacation.

A great Christmas in a great house!

There were six adults and three children in our family staying at Casa Delores. Such a delight - even better than we expected! The living area was was arranged in such a way one could lounge, watch football, play games or fix a snack in the kitchen. The owner, Oscar, was so helpful and very considerate - he called to make sure we got in and things were in order - he was very caring about our stay. The patio was the best I have ever encountered - large, with lots of comfortable furniture. The bedrooms were very comfortable with ample of sleeping space - more than we needed.

A short half block to the beach. We enjoyed the Turtle Refuge and the Bird and Nature Walk - I do recommend those. We got some great seafood at Dirty Al's.

This is a perfect place for families to stay and I will stay there again on my next trip.

Casa Dolores Stay Aug2012

This townhome is well decorated, clean, and spacious. We used the kitchen ALOT during our 3night, 4 day stay and were pleased that we had all the basic kitchen items we needed for all the cooking we did. Location was great. Walk to the beach was super short (shorter than i expected), beach section at the beach access was not too crowded and were happy not see see much traffic on that block since we had children with us to walk to the beach. Oscar was very responsive to any questions and issues I had prior to our arrival and even during our stay over the weekend. All my family members that visited during our stay were very pleased with the home and have asked for Casa Dolores contact info to rent in the near future. I will definitely be back to Casa Dolores I.

My family and I had a wonderful time at SPI.
Pictures of townhome are very acurate. Home is beautiful, definately a builders touch.
Everything we needed was supplied with the exception of a laundry basket for laundry which we left behind for future renters :)
Thank you Oscar for all your help in making our week stay in your townhome a memorable one. Already planning our trip back next year!!

Fantastic house that has all you need. The neighbors were a bit loud and it took a little long to get my deposit back, but everything else was exceptional. Very nice home perfect for your next vacation.
