An open kitchen and dining area, hardwood floors, an outdoor deck overlooking the water, gorgeous gardens and a personal dock combine to make this an enticing lure for summer days in the Hamptons. It is mere steps to a sandy bay beach and playground (for neighborhood residents only). Total renovation just completed Spring 2011.
