The terrace with an outdoor kitchen, electricity, sink and gas stove with pans is available for you, along with a palm tree garden with an outdoor shower, sink, mirror. The house has a carport.

Der Vermitter ist sehr nett und jederzeit vor Ort zu erreichen, Haus und Einrichtung sind i.O. gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, der Garten hat uns besonders gut gefallen und es war super ruhig mit netten Nachbarn, der Strand im Dorf ist mit Sand und für Kinder gut geeignet da Flachabfallend, schade dass am Nachmittag dass Meer immer mit viel Algen war (war sehr windstill und dass Wasser ruhig und war, evt. wegen dem) am Morgen war dass Wasser jedoch super klar und schön.

Dass Haus kann ich gut weiterempfehlen für ruhige erholsame Ferien, hat alles was man so braucht.
Owner's Response: Der Mieter hat leider nicht den zu unserer Anlage gehörenden privaten Strand, sondern den in 1,5 Km entfernten
städtischen Strand in Benicarlo benutzt, welcher auf Grund der nahen Hafenmauer leider sehr windgeschützt liegt
und daher unter den geschilderten Nachteilen leidet.
