Conveniently located in the center of the island, this condo offers everything for a relaxing vacation. Swim laps in the large heated pool and enjoy a game of tennis on the private tennis court.

This unit is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, linens, cable TV. Watch spectacular sunsets and dolphins playing from your own private balcony. Enjoy the day at the beach and walk to one of the award winning retaurants directly on the beach nearby. Only an hour away from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport.

Excellent appartment, pretty nice weather, nice neighborhood. Lot of fun to watch the dolphins from the balcony and the peoble on the beach. We will come again asap.

Gulf front condo with unobstructed view from kitchen, great room and large front porch. Lovely furniture and decor throughout. Very well supplied kitchen as well, with Corian countertops and sinks. Close to stores, restaurants, churches, and the free Island trolley. Lovely heated pool and large deck on the beach.This has been our "winter home" for 9 years and we hope to return for many more years.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
