There is a warm, spacious kitchen with large breakfast area plus breakfast bar adjacent to recently expanded living room with big screen television. Master bedroom features new queen bed with comfortable mattress, ceiling fan, walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have cable TV. And, the separate den can be used as a third bedroom.

Sit on the front porch bench and breathe in the crisp desert air in the mornings or watch the sun set in the colorful desert sky. You can also relax on the charming back yard patio.

Notes: Living room has a 52' big screen TV with digital cable. Living room feels comfortable, relaxing. Carpeted throughout the house. Dining room and kitchen are tiled. Modern appliances including side by side refrigerator with ice maker. The small appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, etc. Unlimited complimentary nationwide long distance phone service is provided with longer rentals(international calls not included). In months of November and December wonderful sweet oranges are beginning to ripen in the back yard. A peach tree also provides abundantly for guests earlier in the year. If the fruit is ripe please help yourself. Can provide a room by room inventory so you can see the various accommodations and amenities.

Had and AMAZING time!!! More than we expected!!!!

Pictures do not do this home justice. It is much bigger than we expected. MaryAnn was a huge help, and went above and beyond what she was required to do. Thanks so much for everything MaryAnn. We plan to come back every year now! Loved loved loved it!

The rental home was very nice and spacious and well equipped with furniture and kitchen supplies. Our stay was for three months and when something needed to be repaired it was done quickly by the neighbor couple who looked after the property. It was a comfortable home and our little dog was welcome. The carpet although clean had some spots that showed up in the wear areas, otherwise there were few negatives and we would recommend it to prospective renters.

My family of three stayed in this lovely house over Thanksgiving weekend. It was exactly as described and met all our needs. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the opportunity to spread out and relax. Soooo much better than a hotel!!
