Location is of the utmost importance in this city, first and foremost for safety and secondly because of traffic and convenience. I wanted to be in this particular neighborhood because I knew it was one of the best that even actors and actresses choose to live there. Its close to everywhere a traveler wants to be in this city.
What makes this apartment unique
I bought this apartment pre-construction and there is nothing like living in a new building. Again I mention the location, extremely safe neighborhood, everything I like to do in the city is nearby. It's walking distance to 7th ave so you dont need to take taxis all the time. Walking distance to the ciclovia, which is one of the city's most enjoyable events. Close to la zona G, la zona T, el andino, la zona rosa, parque del 93.. I am a bit nocturnal so the 24 supermarket/pharmacy located a few blocks away is important to me. At night there is a nice view of the city from the window.

Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Great neighborhood. Modern new building. Owner very helpful with info and answered very quickly. Price is right, hotels in the area are expensive. I will be back.
