I've lived in New Orleans for a total of nine years. I'm originally from Georgia, but once I came down to the Big Easy I never looked back! There's just something about this city that when it gets in your blood, you never want to be anywhere else. I'm a father of two lively boys, a loving husband and a civil engineer.
“America has only three cities: New York, San Francisco, and New Orleans. Everywhere else is Cleveland.” - Tennessee Williams
I chose the Irish Channel because its the quirkiest, liveliest, and most character-soaked neighborhood in New Orleans! It's located just a couple of blocks from the heart of bustling Magazine Street, which boasts the coolest bars, restaurants and boutiques in the city. It's centrally located between the French Quarter and Uptown/Audubon Park, with about a ten minute drive to either one.
