Centrally located in SW Cape Coral! This quaint, 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental home is nestled on a deep water canal with direct sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Mature lime trees and mango trees are located in the yard, for your enjoyment. All bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. The home has central air-conditioning/heating. WIFI coverage and cable are provided as well as HDTV. Enjoy and relax by the pool or ride down the water slide for a refreshing splash! Kayaking for two, is also a great way to spend your time outdoors. The dock has a drop-down ladder for easy access. Take a bike ride down to nearby Four Freedoms Park, or if you prefer, enjoy a 10 minute leisure walk to the park, where along the way you can stop for ice cream at the ice cream shop.

Therese and Joe have been partners for the past 5 years. Before they met each other in Florida, Joe was living in Naperville Il, and working at his Ford dealership in Carol Stream, Il. Therese grew up in Southern California before moving to Cape Coral in 1992. They began investing in properties in 2009, and when they bought and remodeled Casa de Sol (Triton Ct W) 'Therese fell in love with it so much that she decided to turn it into a vacation home for others to enjoy! Therese and Joe both have enjoyed living in Florida, where the weather is warm, the skies are blue, and the waterways lead to sandy beaches and promising fishing spots. They enjoy traveling, gardening (they have over 20 pineapples currently growing on their own property) and spending time with our family and friends. Our home is centrally located between SW Cape and the downtown Cape Coral area. 10 minutes, by car, head West onto Cape Coral Parkway towards Rumrunners at Cape Harbor to enjoy four-star dining. You won't want to miss the Tuesday Night Block Party with live music, and Live Entertainment every Friday night at The Joint. For fresh produce visit the Farmers Market at Cape Harbour, each Saturday morning from 8am - noon. For some of the best coffee around be sure to stop into Run Agrounds, and if you love Gelato, it's simply the best!

These are just some of the pleasures of vacationing in beautiful SW Cape Coral.

Each year there is a neighborhood Block Party down the street, and everyone is invited! No matter what you choose to do on your vacation, there is certainly plenty of beautiful weather to experience everyday! We truly wish you a memory making vacation, here in SW Cape Coral.

With the deep water, direct access canal in your backyard, we're sure this location is perfect for those who love to fish, and those who love to sail! By boat, the river is less than ten minutes away from the dock. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, and the neighbor's are friendly.

If you love seafood, Cape Coral has some of the freshest seafood anywhere, with several different restaurants to choose from. The family owned and operated Red’s Fresh Seafood is the sister location to Red’s Fresh Seafood House and Tavern on Pine Island Road. Fish Tale Grill by Merrick Seafood was recently opened this past summer. (It is run by the owner’s of Merricks Seafood on 47th Ter). The Lobster Lady Seafood Market is Cape Coral’s Premier Seafood Market and Bistro. There are many outstanding restaurants to choose from, and these are just a few in the area.

For fresh produce visit the Cape Coral Farmers Market Downtown, for community fresh, local produce ( & some Certified Organic produce, as well). Open every Saturday 8am-1pm.Another location for fresh produce is the Farmers Market at Cape Harbour, each Saturday morning from 8am - noon.

Aside from our local attractions. there is another popular attraction located on Sanibel Island, which is 20 miles from Cape Coral. The J. N. 'Ding' Darling National Wildlife Refuge is located on the subtropical barrier island of Sanibel, in the Gulf of Mexico. This refuge is part of the largest undeveloped mangrove ecosystem in the United States. It is world famous for its spectacular migratory bird populations. Be sure to bring along your camera for some spectacular photo ops of both the native Floridian birds and the very cool sea life.
