Our one flat rate is for the studio villa without any surprises of being charged extra when more than two persons occupy a villa. The charges as shown are for the whole Villa and not per person.
Atlantic Ocean Beach Front Villa is a unique boutique VILLA BEACHFRONT property located in Providenciales, directly fronting the Atlantic Ocean and the beach of Grace Bay Beach.
Villa are directly on and front Grace Bay Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Our Beachfront Villa is only about 25-30 feet from the edge of the shoreline of GRACE BAY BEACH. It is probably the closest villa on the beach and Atlantic Ocean than any other villas on the island. The view is SPECTACULAR!

Directly on Beach, Snorkel in our own Coral Reefs: Smiths Reef is a live coral reef system that is directly off of our beach and snorkeling in it is only a few feet off our shore. Because of this fantastic live coral reef just off our shore, the coral reefs break up, subdue and soften the strong ocean waves. As a result, the ocean waters are very calm and we do not have any dangerous currents or under tows in our location. Swimming, snorkeling and floating in the ocean is very safe, comfortable and pleasurable, especially if you have young children with you. We provide you with FREE snorkeling gear, so you don't have to bring your own or purchase any on the island. All you have to do is get in the water and have FUN. The live coral reefs that are just a short swim into the ocean from the villas are very plentiful with live coral and teeming with all kinds of tropical fish, lobster and sea turtles, so you do not need to go out with a boat operator to take you to a coral reef and pay for a snorkel excursion. It's FREE in our BACK YARD!

NO EXTRA FEES or CHARGES or DEPOSITS Required: Our prices are on a nightly basis, times the number of nights that you will be staying with us. The only thing that we charge extra for, is the mandated 11% Government Tax.
We DO NOT charge 'other and extra fees' such as: Staff Service Fees, Cleaning Fees, Extra Fees for Air Conditioning or Charges for Metered Air Conditioning, Internet Access Fees, Daily Maid Service Fees, Automatic Gratuity Fees or a Security Deposit Fee like some other villas or hotels do.
We keep it simple and clean. We charge just one Low Nightly rate and everything, and all of the above is included in our one low price.
Absolutely NO Surprise Extra Charges or Fees or Deposits are required with our villas.
To make a reservation with us, we only require a three night deposit at the time of the booking of your villa. The balance of the reservation payment is due only 14 days prior to your date of arrival. A Visa or Master Card credit card can be used to reserve your desired villa with us.
