Located on North Ocean Boulevard in the 'Golden Mile' of Myrtle Beach, named for its million dollar homes, SouthWind's more residential location offers a relaxing, less crowded experience for you and your family.

Southwind's exceptional oceanfront amenities include an 80-foot outdoor pool, a 90-foot indoor pool, an 185-foot lazy river, two outdoor spas, one indoor spa, a kiddie pool, and a fully-equipped exercise facility. Also, just a few steps away is an oceanfront playground with walking/fitness trails.

Our spacious, 1700-plus-square-foot condominium, located on the 11th floor, gives spectacular ocean views from the huge private balcony accessed by both the living room and master bedroom. A fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, ceramic tile and plush carpeting underfoot are just a few of the upgrades you would expect in this beautifully decorated condominium.

The large master suite is fabulous with walk-in closets, a whirlpool garden tub with separate shower and double sinks, and a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds with an adjoining bathroom, and bedroom number three has two twins with a bathroom just outside the door. The Condo was just as depicted in photos and words. We felt at home right away with the well kept environs. The beach was easily accessible and getting around was very straight forward.
We particularly enjoyed the pirates voyage and rioz, the Brazilian steakhouse.
This property is highly recommended.

My family stayed at this property in July of 2012. The condo was everything that we expected from the listing information and more. Pictures can only show so much, and the condo and overall resort property matched and in some areas exceeded our expectations. This resort is located in a quieter section of Myrtle Beach, but is still just a few miles away from all the action (family kingdom, broadway at the beach, etc). The pool area's were never overly crowded and the beach area in front of the resort was never overly crowded as well. We had a small issue at check-in, but the owners were available when we contacted them, and our issue was resolved in a reasonable time. Overall, my family had a great time during our trip to Myrtle Beach and everyone loved this condo. I would highly recommend this condo and resort to family, friends and anyone else looking to visit Myrtle Beach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

My family of 4 and Brother-in-law family of 3 enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous beach side condo. There were beds for everyone with three bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and beautiful view from the balcony. Great location, away from tourist central Myrtle Beach but close to activities and dining. Owners were great to work with. Highly recommend to other families.
