The children's room is decorated in bright primary colors and features everyone's favorite Mouse and some of his friends. This room has a queen bed, and a futon which makes into double bed, so the room can accommodate up to four children. Both bedrooms have a new 24' flatscreen HD-TV and DVD player. There is also a PlayStation with a selection of family-rated games and a library of family board games. The bath for the children's room also features the Mouse theme. Both baths have new luxury towels.
The living room features new comfortable leather furniture, new tables and a new rug. There is also a new 42' HD-TV and DVD player. We provide a free secure Wi-Fi connection, and condo phone with free long distance calls to the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, and garbage disposal. Small appliances include coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There are plenty of cooking utensils, flatware, dinnerware, and glassware to prepare and serve meals. Wine glasses are included for some relaxing adult time on the balcony which overlooks the lake.
The dining room table seats four. There is a drop-leaf table in the unit and two chairs as well as a high chair if additional seating is needed. There are also two small tables and 4 chairs for enjoying the lake view on the balcony.
Parkhopper Pad has a full-sized washer and dryer, so you can pack lightly. New beach towels are also furnished for use at the pool.
This condo has an amazing location! Of the 8 condo buildings in Windsor Hills, Parkhopper Pad is in the building that is next to the pool and clubhouse. The building is only a few steps from the back entrance to the pool and clubhouse area. While the building faces the pool, the balcony is on the side of the building. It is located around the corner of the building from the pool, and features a beautiful view of the lake. This allows quiet lake view time to be enjoyed on the balcony without any of the noise or distractions from the pool area.
This is our family's vacation home and we have added a lot of 'extras' to make it comfortable and enjoyable when we vacation in the area. We hope that you like it, too!

Carolyn & Charles Hudson - We live in Birmingham, Alabama. We are originally from Mississippi and are graduates of Ole Miss where we met in the Ole Miss Band. Birmingham has been home for almost 35 years. We are the parents of 5 adult children, and we now have 11 grandchildren.
We cherish the memories we made on family trips to the Orlando area when our children were small. Now that they have their own families, they enjoy bringing their children to the same theme parks they enjoyed as children.
Two of our daughters worked as musical performers at Disney both in California and Florida, so even after our children were grown, we made lots of trips back to see their shows. We stayed in many Disney properties and some private rental properties. Once we 'discovered' Windsor Hills, we never stayed anywhere else! It simply could not be beat for facilities and convenience.
Last year we decided to buy and redecorate a condo in Windsor Hills, and we love it. However, our family keeps expanding, and there still was not enough room for us, so in August 2013, we purchased this condo. We refurbished it in September 2013, and look forward to making many wonderful memories here.
Our grandchildren LOVE the Windsor Hills pool. The older ones spend hours on the 2-story water slide, and the little ones will dabble all afternoon in the children's water play area. We wanted to find a unit that was close to the pool. When we saw this unit which is in the building closest to the pool and also has a beautiful view of the lake from the lanai, we knew we had found 'the one'.
Our grandchildren love to come to our home and all spend the night together. The giggles often go on long past lights out. We wanted a unit with a fun room that was special to the children and that was big enough for them to all sleep in the same room in a sleepover-type environment. We wanted them to see the children's room and say, 'WOW! I LOVE this room!'
