Imagine your vacation home being just steps in either direction from all of the shops, restaurants, and sites of Duval Street and the Historic Seaport. Take a stroll or ride your bike down to the best of Key West, three blocks down Olivia St to hit local favorites like Croissants de France, Martins, and Nine-One-Five. Just a few blocks down Windsor Lane and you’ll be at BO’s Fish Wagon or Schooner Wharf.
THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...
This lively island home welcomes you with bright, tropical colors, tall ceilings, and luxurious modern furnishings. Floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to pour into the first floor all day. The living area boasts a gigantic 60-inch flat screen Smart HDTV, which you can watch from the comfort of the plush living room furniture or the kitchen/dining areas thanks to the open living plan of the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and all of the tools and utensils you will need to prepare a meal at home when taking a break from the decadent restaurant options of Key West. There is also a wet bar complete with the full bar set up for happy hour your way. The dining area has seating for 6, with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar.
THE PRIVATE POOL …
Through the sliding glass doors of the living area is one of the highlights of this home: the private pool area. Fully fenced for privacy and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, this will undoubtedly be a primary gathering place for your group. The comfortable chaise lounges can be pulled into the sun or the shade, and they sit right beside the heat-optional pool that is great for a dip on a hot day. A full outdoor dining set can comfortably sit 6. The backyard is complete with a large propane grill for an outdoor barbeque by the pool.
This home has a variety of options in terms of accommodations. There is a bedroom suite on the first floor with a Queen-sized bed and flat screen TV. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a glass and marble shower. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, plenty of dresser space, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The master bathroom is en-suite with dual sinks, granite countertops, and a glass and marble shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can convert to a King upon request, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. The third bathroom is also en-suite and has a tub/shower. Additional sleeping area is available in the living room, as the sofa pulls out into a Queen bed. There is also a half bath off the living room.
Washer & Dryer, Central Heat and A/C, Ceiling Fans, Off-Street Parking, Flat Screen State-of-the Art HD TVs in all bedrooms and main living area, Fully Equipped Chef’s Kitchen with Gourmet Appliances, Full Wet Bar, Private Heated Pool, Large BBQ Grill, Linens and Towels provided. We had been looking forward to spending the week in Key West and the quality of this home and the central location certainly exceeded every expectation we had! This property was fabulous. My husband and I and 2 other couples stayed here for a week. The property was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Great kitchen appliances for the cooks in the group! Every room had it's own king bed, bathroom and TV. We all felt it was in a perfect location. Within walking distance to Duval, great restaurants and entertainment. We spent several nights in grilling fresh seafood bought at a local market and preparing meals, we had everything we needed. We spent every afternoon sitting and relaxing by the pool. We were also extremely impressed with the attention that Lori, our guest services coordinator, gave us. She worked very hard to make sure that we had everything we needed, that everything was to our liking and that we had no questions unanswered. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect week.

We we looking for a place to rent, for a short trip to Key West. This house fit the bill entirely. The location is perfect and it has off street parking. This is a huge benefit, if you have ever been to Key West. We have rented before from other companies, but this was the best one yet. We could walk downtown easily and leave our car behind. I would definitely rent this house again.
This town house has such a great location. We biked all over downtown and Duval Street, then came home to enjoy the peace and quiet of this home. Our trip was too short to fit in all of the things we had planned. We will be returning next year for a longer stay. We plan to book this place or the one next door, which we came to find out is managed by Lori at Last Key Realty too.
We only had a few days in Key West and this house had it all. Close to downtown and Duval Street. The rooms were comfortable and the pool was a good place to relax. Our guest manager Lori gave us great suggestions for dinners, seafood and some water sports. We all came home sunburned and happy. Good times and a great house!
