Photos and Description of the Eastham vacation house rental
3 bedrooms, sleeps 6

Our home is in great condition with new paint and a recently renovated double sink bathroom! Both bedrooms upstairs have queen size beds, full dressers, and ample closet space. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need to cook a meal along with a full stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a washer & dryer in the basement & a clothesline in the back yard. Outside we have a propane grill in great condition for grilling on the deck. You will find a 42' flat screen TV with cable, VCR/DVD player & wireless Internet for all of your gadgets. There is also an outdoor shower with privacy enclosure for easy showering off after a day at the beach & a nice hammock for relaxing in the afternoon sun. Our back yard is a nice size for eating, playing, relaxing, whatever! For your convenience we have added 2 dog bowls in the kitchen, a dog run in the yard & a few sand toys you can borrow.

* PLEASE SEE RATES BELOW BEFORE INQUIRING. WE REQUIRE A 50 PERCENT DOWN PAYMENT PLUS PROTECTION FEE TO RESERVE THE RENTAL WITH THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE RENTAL START. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL FEES ASIDE FROM THE $50.00 PROPERTY PROTECTION FEE COVERING DAMAGES UP TO $1500.00 SHOULD THEY OCCUR. WE ALLOW UP TO 2 DOGS WITH OUR PET AGREEMENT FOR NO ADDITIONAL FEES. THE DRIVEWAY FOR THE HOME IS LOCATED ON RT.6 HOWEVER THE HOME IS SET BACK A BIT FROM THE ROAD AND THERE ARE NUMEROUS PLANTINGS TO ADD PRIVACY*

Nearest Beach : Nauset Light Beach and Bay beaches at 1.5 Miles
Car: recommended

Most importantly, our home is located right across Route 6 from the Bike Trail. The beach and bay are both about a mile away in either direction. We are also dog friendly!

Loved our stay here in this sweet house. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog! Cute dog bowls and a spacious run were welcoming. The house was very clean and had great perks: dishwasher, laundry, WiFi, outdoor shower, cozy yet plenty of room. Well-stocked home with a great deck. Comfortable beds. The downstairs bedroom is adorable and cool for those hot days. A great find!!!

A little gem with all the amenities! Great TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, dishwasher and those cute dog dishes!!! Pooch settled in quicker than we did. Especially pleasant was late afternoon on the breezy deck with that huge umbrella. Fans in living room and bedrooms kept the inside as comfy as could be. Beaches, both town and National Seashore, close by as are restaurants and markets.

Excellent house to rent. It was a like being in your own "home" with the great Cape Cod vacation experience. The house is clean and bright. All the details from the pictures on the wall to the great entertainment center makes it wonderful. I would recommend this house to any seeking a comfortable clean rental in the middle of Eastham, close to all attractions. The owner's were very nice and were quick w/responses to any inquiries we had.

Great House!!

We just stayed this past week, we couldn't have been happier! The house was comfortable, roomy and perfect for our first time staying on the Cape. Dan was more than accommodating with any questions we had or with any help we needed, I was suggest this home to anyone looking for a place to stay. It was centrally located in Eastham so whether you were going to P- Town, Hyannis or the beach it was only a stone throw away!!
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A big plus for us, PET FRIENDLY!

We were very happy to find this cute house. Our search began for a Pet Friendly rental and we were extremely happy with the accommodations in this home. The owner was always quickly responding to any emails or questions we had, and was clear in the procedure for checking in and out which we appreciated. This house is very comfortable and updated, and has a nice Cape feel with the decor. It is always nice to have an outdoor shower, and though we didn't use it there was a gas grill. My Lab enjoyed the runner in the back yard and it was nice to walk in and see bowls for her food & water, which was welcoming! The kitchen had everything we needed.
The house is set back from Rte. 6 but that was not a problem. I would rent this again should we decide to vacation at the Cape in the future!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway
