Lovely home with plenty of space
This is a beautiful vacation home. It had everything that we needed, just a couple things to comment on. The bedding situation was a little unclear. On the website it states that there are 2 doubles and 1 queen bed so I was expecting actual beds. However, it is really only 1 bed, 2 sofa sleepers, and 2 twin futons. It was more than enough space for us, but we prefer actual beds to sofa sleepers. Other than that, the place was wonderful. Something else to keep in mind is that the only thing provided are the linens. Paper towels, toilet paper, and the like are not provided. While this is clearly stated in the contract, we forgot so had to get some from the market. Again, not a big deal, but something to keep in mind before getting to the condo. Also, there was quite a bit of dog hair (or some pet hair) on the floors and some furniture. While you cannot really see the hair, if we were wearing dark clothing, the hair was very clearly stuck on. We spent a bit of time picking the white hairs (about an inch in length) off our clothing. One person in my group has severe allergies so knowing that there was some sort of pet hair prior to staying there would have been helpful. Lastly, the sheets were actually still wet when we pulled them out of the drawers. We were able to put them in the dryer to dry, but had we not set up the beds right when we entered the condo, the sheets might have had the potential to smell like mildew. Other than those minor things, it was a beautiful home with plenty of space for my group of 6.
