Love Mid Century
Close to the French Quarter and Frenchmen street without all the noise
The apt is in the coolest, most hip neighborhood and might I add safe. The history of the villa is also so cool. I watched Laughing man or the man who laughs ,poster on the wall ,was mesmerized. The apt has everything u need and a brief call to James will get you whatever else you need.
+ good location. owner is very friendly. room is clean.
- no dish washer, washing machine, and plate of microwave.
this is a charming apartment close to everything we needed.
We really enjoyed our trip here in Nola! The house offered everything we needed and was in a great neighborhood. About a 10min walk to the French Quarter, with great bars and restaurants. Would definitely rent again.
Great apartment and location for two couples vacationing in New Orleans. The neighborhood had all the amenities we needed....breakfast restaurant, market, bars. About a $10 cab ride to Bourbon Street so very manageable without a car. The owner was very accommodating with dropping luggage off early when we arrived so that we could return our rental car. The coffee and bottled water was appreciated.
The apartment is nice and the history of viola was interesting, we had a great stay. I had to call James because there wasn't a hair dryer and he replaced it very quickly, we did have a couple of other issues and I did let James know about and feel that he will get them fixed for next renters. The area is great with lots of places to eat or drink, there is a little cafe around the corner that served great breakfast. The French quarter is less than a mile away it was nice to be within walking distance
Close to the Frenchmen Street entertainment district, Blocks from the French Quarter and streetcar line,Tradional quiet New Orleans neighborhood.
