Five of us met for our yearly reunion and the house was perfect. I would love to return with my family since the house is so comfortable, spacious, clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated. This is the perfect place for the family or group that likes to cook because the kitchen has EVERYTHING. We had plenty of space to maintain privacy, yet plenty of space for the whole group to congregate. I do wish there were more seating around the pool, but everything else is well-planned. We couldn't get the internet/cable tv working in the living room, so that was inconvenient. If Coldwell Banker could handle that sort of issue, that would help. That was a small issue, however, and we were very satifsfied. GORGEOUS area!!!!!

Owner's Response: I did note after the girl's departure that there was an issue with the flat screen tv in the great room not being connected to the cable channels. After palying with the remote for about 15 minutes it seemed that the TV was somehow in analog mode vs. digital mode. After following the prompts I was able to get the cable TV working right away. Not sure how that happened and the TV does take about a minute to display. I did note that the TV's were working in the bedrooms without issue.
