Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

The condo is part of Pinebrook (The Greens) which is very well maintained and full of friendly people enjoying Florida at its finest. A lovely pool with plenty of chairs and umbrella tables for your enjoyment is only few steps away from your ground floor condo. A reserved space in a covered parking area will protect your car from the Florida sunshine.

The condo has an eat-in kitchen with an open view to the dining area, living room and sunporch. From your sunporch you will enjoy a beautiful view of our 18 hole golf course while you are eating breakfast.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, large walk-in closet, separate vanity area, walk-in shower and flat screen TV

The second bedroom has twin beds, cellular shades and is adjacent to a full bathroon with a tub/shower.

The utility room has a full size washer, dryer and chest freezer.

The condo is well equipped with kitchen supplies, bed linens, blankets and towels. Beach towels and folding chairs are available for your trips to the Gulf beaches (only 10 minutes away).

The entire condo is fully carpeted in the living areas, except for the kitchen which has hard wood floors.

The living room has a couch and two comfortable chairs for you and your visitors plus a cable-equipped TV.

We are sure that you will enjoy this condo as much as we do.

About The Owner

My wife and I inherited this condo from my mother and have rented it every year, primarily in the winter months. We do come down to use it from time to time and enjoy it a great deal. We love that it is on the first floor so we can walk out the back and be at the pool.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1990
Why The Owner chose Bradenton

My parents, originally from Ohio, bought this unit because they fell in love with Bradenton. Bradenton has a small town atmosphere and you will find the people very friendly.

What makes this condo unique

Our big advantage is that this is a ground floor condo. It is very easy to walk to the pool or to your car. A new Publix Supermarket opened up nearby so shopping for food is very easy now. Many restaurants are nearby and the Gulf is only a 5 minute drive. The golf couse is very nice and well maintained and is a fun course to play.

Condo is as described. We have rented two years and it was always very clean with all appliances, etc. in working order. It is also in a short walking distance to CVS, Outback, Beales Outlet and other shopping. No worry about bugs as unit is pest controlled. Only reason we are not going for a third year is because we purchased our own unit at Pinebrook.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: We will miss having you as renters this year but are happy that you will now be a neighbor.
