Large roomy studio with a terrific location. My friend and I could walk to Hollywood Blvd with all its amenities and we could walk to the Metro system which we used extensively....from Hollywood to Downtown LA and even to Long Beach. The condo was clean and bright and well managed. We enjoyed the proximity to Runyon Canyon and the well maintained pool and spa.This is a great city getaway

PERFECT STAY IN A CLEAN APARTMENT

We both appreciated our stay in that large apartment. We've been there for 6 weeks for business and everything was fine.

The kitchen is well equipped and cable-TV, DVD-Player and WiFi worked as well. The bathroom had also been renovated recently. There is plenty space to store your items!

It is a very clean and bright apartment, the maid is doing a good job as well. You got your own mailbox in the entrance hall, but unfortunately the bell is not working and there is also no lamp next to the entry door, which would be good.

It is a secure building with nice and mostly quiet tenants living there. Sometimes you have to deal with two barking dogs in the apartment above.

There is a garage in the basement, which you can reach by elevator. The car space is a little bit small for an SUV because it is next to the gate, but if you know how to maneuver your car, it'll work well.

Unfortunately you cannot close the sliding door to the kitchen. So you have to deal with the almost silent but constant humming of the fridge. That could be improved...

You will love Runyon Canyon Park, that is right around the corner. There you'll get amazing views over Los Angeles and to the Hollywood Sign.

All things considered: we highly recommend that apartment!!!

It is a safe and clean place to life and you will love it as well!!!

HILLSIDE APARTMENT LOS ANGELES

I really enjoyed my stay here. Location seemed ideal to me - walkable to Hollywood Blvd - and Runyon Canyon Park entrance just up the street half a block - great views all over LA. Apartment was quiet and comfortable. Property manager seemed friendly, although I did not need anything. Cable TV and WiFi worked on first try. Left car in garage several times and took near-by red line and buses. Was able to get downtown LA and to Universal Studios, etc. via red line. Hope you like dogs because there were lots of dogs in this neighborhood because of proximity to dog walking in Runyon Canyon.

TERRIFIC PLACE

Everything is "as advertised". Condo is very spacious, light, clean tastefully decorated and with all modern conveniences. Location is great being only a few blocks from Hollywood Blvd and all its amenities but on a relatively quiet street. Access to canyon hiking is at end of the street. We took buses and metro to beach and to downtown LA making this location "relatively user friendly" even if you don't have a car (after all - it is LA). Building is secure and parking space provided if you do have a car. The pool was fabulous at the end of our busy days. Customer service was excellent.
