BEACH/POOL (SOLAR HEATER) SPACIOUS VACATION RENTAL 2 BLOCK, 5 MIN WALK TO BEACH

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this wonderful home and already looking forward to another visit. The location is perfect if you are looking for something in a quiet area, yet only 3 blocks from the beach.Plenty of room for 5 -6 adults. The owners are so welcoming and accomodating. The home is VERY clean,great towels,linens a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, 3 tv's,and everything you may need for your time at the beach( a beach cart,beach toys, cooler, sandchairs ) It was nice to have a washer/dryer too. Owner even supplied the detergents! The HEATED POOL is very private with a nice patio, many chairs,table and grill. We go to the beach south of the Deerfield pier such an easy walk from this home. My husband and I love walking the beach north to the jetty and Boca Inlet.. Beautiful!!, we spent every morning walking along the 1 mile brick trail along the Town of Deerfield, next to the ocean. Apparently many people enjoy this too, we loved seeing so many taking advantage of this walk. Our son lives in Delray, and this location is nice for our own getaway, yet so close to visit.
Don't miss the Mahi sandwich and WhaleChips at the WhalesRib restaurant, or Little Havana Cuban Restaurant.
We really LOVE this special place in Deerfield and already looking forward to next year!!

My family spent three nights at this property and enjoyed our stay very much! The property is a duplex with one part of it occupied by the owners and the other part is for rental purposes. I personally don't like to stay in the same house with the landlord, but in this case, we felt like nobody lived in the building but us. On the other hand, if/when we needed anything, we could always go next door and talk to the owners, and they were there for us.
The property is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully-furnished townhouse with everything one would need while vacationing. It has a nice kitchen with certain products provided (spices, olive oil, etc.). We only went out for dinner and cooked breakfast and lunch in the house.
There's also TV in the bedrooms and living room and free wi-fi in the house. The house has a nice swimming pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it since the beach was only 5 minutes away, and we went swimming in the ocean few times a day.
There's also a nice patio area. We would have a cup of tea and read a book there after a long day at the beach, which was very relaxing.
The beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach blanket were provided for our convenience as well.
Overall, the property met our expectations and was very comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again when we go to Deerfield Beach next time!

We stayed here right around the Christmas holiday and it was just perfect. The apartment was well-equipped and spacious. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
We very much enjoyed being able to be close to shopping and the beach but on a quiet street, away from traffic.
It made our time in Florida comfortable and stress free.
