Full laundry with high-end front loading washer and dryer. All laundry supplies are provided. There are also custom boot dryers in this room.
The main level of the home boasts a large comfortable dining area and spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, HDTV and wood-burning fireplace. The open floor plan allows easy access to the gourmet kitchen and the bar seating will accommodate an additional 4 persons. Beautiful furnishings and a cozy fireplace make this a room you will want to hang out in for a long time!
The private hot tub faces the breathtaking Spanish Peaks views.
The master suite is on this level too with a HDTV you can watch from bed and private bath.
The upper level of the townhome has a loft with pull-out sofa and two bedrooms with adjoining bath. There is also a TV and DVD player in this area.
Two bedrooms on this level each have twin beds with custom bedding and share a Jack and Jill style bath with private vanity and toilet and shared lockable shower.
The lower level features a second master bedroom with king bed and private bath.
You have ski in/ ski out access to over 5,500 skiable acres at Moonlight Basin and Big Sky Resort, and all the amenities you could ask for in a luxurious top of the line ski and summer vacation home. The roads and driveway are plowed in winter, and the home entrance is shoveled after each snow.
Big Sky and Moonlight Basin just combined their ski terrain in 2006 to form the largest skiable terrain in North America with more than 5500 acres of skiing. If you have never been to Big Sky, you must try it. There is something for everyone -- incredible technical steep gullies and mountain faces for the expert, and long empty greens and blues for the beginner and intermediate skiers. Lift lines are non-existent at Moonlight, even during peak season.
To access skiing you can just step out the garage door and ski down the driveway for approx. 150 feet. This will allow you to access the Black Bear Poma lift which will take you up to the resort.
Summer at Big Sky is just as incredible. The resort is full of walking and wildlife viewing opportunities. The Gallatin River, featured in the movie 'A River Runs Through It', runs through Big Sky and offers some of the best blue-ribbon fishing in North America. There are numerous lakes and rivers to fish a short drive from home, and local guide services to assist you.
Other close activities include whitewater rafting on the Gallatin, guided horse riding in the mountains, and dog-sledding and snowmobiling Yellowstone Park is about an hour’s drive away. In winter, Yellowstone is a mecca for snowmobiling and wildlife viewing. In summer, it’s hiking, horse riding, thermal geyser viewing, and fishing!
