This classic, third-row beach house boasts an unbeatable location just steps away from the public beach access (three doors away) and near fantastic attractions, including Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, Shipwreck Point Golf, and North Topsail Beach Town Park.

The main living space is located on the second floor offering a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably on the extensive sectional and watch a fun show or movie on the TV while the chef of the group prepares a culinary masterpiece in the well-appointed kitchen. Catch partial views of the ocean from the large covered back deck and splendid sunsets from the front. This level hosts three comfortable bedrooms that are perfect for a good night's sleep. The basement area features two bedrooms, an extensive covered patio with a comfy hammock, and window AC units in both bedrooms.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There are two separate entrances to the home. The basement is not connected to the rest of the house internally.
