Located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, this townhouse is sunny even in the dead of winter. It is attached to only on neighbor and you will enjou it's cathedral, cedar ceilings in the living room and loft. While peaceful and quiet, away from the noise of the snow plows and summer traffic, the condo is steps from a Red Line Shuttle Stop to the mountain. Beautifully upgraded bathrooms and kitchen along with lots of mountain and southwest art, will transport you into the Mammoth Lifestyle. The unit is spacious, offering a flat screen HD TV in the living room with cable TV and music , NETFLEX, DVD, VCR , WIFI, GAMES etc. The two downstairs bedrooms have TVs and DVDs. The master bedroom sports it's own vanity and sink area. Upstairs, the loft is airy with two european style windows for viewing Lincoln Mountain and the golf course. With high ceilings , the loft is large with no view from the downstairs living area.

Outside on the deck of our charming townhouse there is a new gas BBQ for your enjoyment.

Additionally, when you book your reservation you will receive discounts on ski equipment rental, executive chief meals, and golfing at Sierra Star Golf course.

Opening Day Getaway!

My Uncle and I had a great 4 night stay for his birthday during the opening weekend of fishing season. While the fishing was OK, birthday party fun, having Sally's condo to come back to from mid afternoon on was excellent! The master bedroom was perfect for him and I had no issues in the loft during the record breaking temps that weekend. BBQ and woodstove were perfect during the evening while watching playoff sports and playing cards! Everything that we needed was there; Can't wait for the next trip this summer and again this fall.

Great townhouse for large groups or family

I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years. The property is located close to town. It is clean and well appointed. The multilevel design provides privacy and quiet for those who would like to retire early. There is a nice tv, playstation, bbq, and great seating area around the fireplace. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Centrally Located, Quiet and Cozy

The property is centrally located in Old Mammoth and very close to the mountain shuttle line. Its location in the condo complex is set-back and private with its entrance just off the golf course. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. Its ambiance is warm and cozy - a great home to return to after a long day of skiing. There were 7 people in our party and we all had enough space without moving into the common living areas. The owner was extremely responsive, organized and helpful during the rental process and allowed us to bring our family dog. We'll definitely return to this exceptional property!

Perfect Townhome for Mammoth Vacation!

This was our first time to mammoth and we absolutely loved this townhome. It was in a great location with free bus service to and from the mountain right outside the complex. The community hottub was a nice perk after a long day of boarding. We will definetly return to mammoth next winter and would for sure rent this townhome again. The house was cozy, well taken care of and had everything we needed :)

Snowboarding Trip

My friends and I were very surprised to find out how nice this place was. The townhouse had everything we needed (from kitchen appliances to clean bath towels) that gave us a home-welcoming experience. We had fun cooking in the kitchen for the week we were there. The furniture was cozy, the fireplace was nice, and thermostats kept us warm. Outside, you’ll see lots of pine trees and tall piles of soft snow (not on the drive way or walkways because someone actually stops by to shovel the walkways for us). It is cool how we saw animal footprints on the snow. We were lucky to see snow fall on Thursday morning from the living room windows; it was a beautiful sight. Also, we barely had to drive anywhere because the house is steps away from the Red Line shuttle that took us to the slopes, and is a short 10-minute walk to Vons. The hot tub is in the common area for us to relax after a long day of snowboarding. We are coming back.
