The condo has 2BR/2BTHS, fully stocked kitchen, and private balcony overlooking the white sands of Destin. This unit has great accessiblity and an elevator within steps of the front door. Property offers Fitness center, 2 pools (one heated), Outdoor BBQ area, Outdoor Hot Tub, Kiddie Wading Pool and Waterfall Area. There is also plenty of outdoor sports such as Basketball, Tennis, Shuffleboard, and Volleyball. Close to shopping and great restaurants. Includes covered parking and 24-hour security.

A Great Beach Condo!

While we usually prefer a smaller complex, this condo and its excellent location at Mainsail made for a fantastic family beach vacation. Coming in the month of May did mean cooler weather and ocean water, but offered the advantage of an uncrowded beach and complex. The accomodations were comfortable and pleasing; and the view from the balcony was splendid. We are pleased to recommend this condo and its most hospitable owners to any who are headed to the Florida Panhandle for a beach vacation.

This condo was perfect for our needs. It is tastefully decorated with a harmonious blend of colors , textures and objects d'art that create feelings of comfort and relaxation. The owner was both charming and accommodating. The view is spectacular and lying in bed listening to the sound of the surf was lovely.
The kitchen is well stocked and easy to maintain. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Mainsail provides carts that make transitioning from car to condo a breeze. The beach umbrella and chairs were really appreciated. The location - across from the Outlet Mall - very handy for shoppers seeking bargains. Also, a short drive to Publix, the movie theatre and the shops and restaurants of Sandestin are a nice convenience.

This condo was beautiful!!! (and was right on the beach) The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to eat meals in, resulting in vacationing being much less expensive. The owner was very nice, and the location is phenominal!!! Great places to have dinner, if you don't feel like cooking, and if you do feel like cooking, there's a grocery store right across the street. I wuold definitely reccomend this condo as your next get-away place :)

fantastic location !

My wife and I really enjoyed the peace, cleanliness, and the location of this condo. Been to many beaches all over Florida over the years, found that this location was just amazing to relax and spend time with the kids. Plenty of room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer & dryer, and patio, etc. Security gated community, which was wonderful for the safety of our young family. A shopping center was across the street with a grocery store next door. Plenty of Restaurants near by too... I highly recommend staying at this condo; the owners are very nice and keep the place clean. This is a diamond in the rough location, just can't beat it!

Great Beach Memories Made!

This condo is our new favorite place to stay when we visit Destin. It was a very large unit and nicely decorated with a great view. Beach was Awesome and could not believe how beautiful the water was. The pools were both great and we really enjoyed cooking out at the grill area. The owner was also a pleasure to deal with when making reservations. Great price for such a nice condo! Our family can't wait to come back soon!
