Why The Owner chose Avon
Our son decided to “take a winter off to teach skiing” after college, well that one winter has turned into ten. Even though he is no longer teaching full time, he has stayed in the area for the incredible Springs, Summers and Falls. We have also fallen in love with the area and spend as much time as my job allows in the Vail Valley skiing, hiking, fishing and biking.
What makes this condo unique
We choose this particular condo because it fit our every need. I really enjoy being able to walk just a few yards out the front door and catch the shuttle to Beaver Creek and when I get back be able to walk out the same door and sit in the hot tub to relax the tired legs as I get older. During the summer we can play tennis for a while and then join the kids in the pool or go for a walk around the lake. The fact that it is so centrally located to so many activities from Vail to Avon means there is always something to do.
