Casita del Sol is in the grounds of Es Moli, a hilltop villa with stunning views across the valley to the Tramuntana mountains. The original house was built over 200 years ago when the mill was used for grinding corn. Here you may enjoy the comfort of this accommodation in perfect peace and a magical setting. Pool and tennis court within the grounds for your use. Casita del Sol has been recently refurbished. It is self contained and overlooks the garden. It has a generous 52m2 of living space and comprises a very large living/dining room; a modern kitchen area, well equipped; a large family bedroom with a double bed and two singles; a shower room, a double sofa-bed and ceiling fan in the living room. There are further dining facilities outside on your own private yard as well as a barbeque for your private use.

We are situated in the tranquil village of Ariany: 7 km east of Sineu where the famous Wednesday market takes place. The beautiful beaches of C'an Picafort and Alcudia are 10minutes and 15minutes (respectively) away by car. Here you can find all the usual tourist attractions - harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest train station is 4 km away in Petra where there is a regular service to the Plaza d’Espanya in Palma: great for shopping and sight seeing. There is also a bus service to Palma from Ariany. There is a supermarket/general store chemist, bank and bars within walking distance.

Einfach traumhaft. Wir waren vom 11.04.-25.04.2009 dort. Lohnt sich wirklich!
Sehr ländlich gelegen, also sehr ruhig, kein Verkehr, kein anderer Lärm, nur morgens das krähen der Hähne vom Nachbarn. So richtig wie auf einem Bauernhof. Auch die Lage ist sehr gemütlich. Der Pool dient wirklich zur Entspannung und reicht vollkommen. Fast besser als am Meer! Der Tennisplatz ist zwar nicht der neueste , aber zum spielen und trainieren lohnt es und reicht es allemal. Wir haben jeden Tag 2-3 Stunden auf dem Platz verbracht. Der Blick auf die Berge vom Pool aus, abends beim Sonnenuntergang: Besser geht nicht. Auch die kleine Finca ist gemütlich. Also jederzeit zu empfehlen. Wir haben unseren nächsten Urlaub schon geplant. Hoffentlich nicht mehr all zu weit weg der Urlaub. Vermisse nach einer Woche schon die Ruhe.

Wir waren Anfang September 2009 für 1 Woche in der Casita.
Der Blick vom Pool in die Berge ist wirklich wunderschön.
Leider war unsere Woche nicht wirklich ruhig. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Ariany und in unserer Woche wurde in Ariany "Fiesta" gefeiert (beginnend um 23.00 Uhr bis weit nach Mitternacht). Da viele Häuser in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen, wurden wir dann gegen 4.00 Uhr morgens von Hahngeschrei geweckt. Also, wer einen absolut ruhigen Fincaurlaub vermutet, ist hier eher falsch.

Toller Urlaub, ruhig u. erholsam!

Wir (2 Erw.+Kind 3 Jahre, waren vom 21.06.bis zum 03.07.2009 in der kleinen Casita! 5 Tage vor Ende bekamen wir noch Besuch aus Deutschl. u. waren somit dann 3 Erw. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub u. eine schöne Zeit. Die kleine, aber gemütliche Casita in Ariany ist mit allem Nötigen liebevoll ausgestattet, liegt ländlich, aber trotzdem super zentral, um mit dem Auto CanPicafort u. Alcudia an der Nordküste zu erreichen! Man ist somit in guten 10 Min mit dem Auto am Strand, hier auch der nächste große Supermarkt. Wenn man die Ruhe u. einen Ort zum Zurückziehen sucht, ist man hier genau richtig, sollte sich aber drauf einstellen, dass es an extrem heißen Tagen im kpl. Haus auch extrem heiß wird, im Wohnzimmer gibts wenigstens noch den Deckenventilator!
Der Pool ist von der Größe einfach toll, bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick ins Tal, liegt jedoch unmittelbar am Haus/Fensterfront und auch Terrassenanbindung der Vermieter. Beide sind eher selten dort zu sehen, trotzdem ist dies vielleicht für all diejenigen interessant, die mal gerne ohne Badebekleidung am Pool liegen möchten. In Allem hatten wir einen wundervollen Urlaub (12 Tage) dort verbracht u. hoffen Dee und James mal wieder zu besuchen.
