The kitchen is nothing short of perfection. Granite countertops, a prep sink in the island, upscale appliances make this kitchen a chef’s dream. There is also a wet bar which to help you relax and rejuvenate on the island.

The dining room table easily seats eight with extra chairs to squeeze ten. From the table you can see the ocean through the contemporary stairwell and large windows. On an adjacent screened porch with sliding doors is another table that can seat six. Just in case that is not enough room for all the family, food and friends, there is a built-in raised breakfast table at the kitchen that seats four.

On the top floor is the true definition of a Master bedroom. A private balcony that overlooks the grand views is the perfect place to collect yourself in the morning or watch the sun set in the evening. A separate sitting area outside the master bedroom is a tranquil spot to catch up on some reading or dose off in one of the comfortable chairs. The master bathroom has both a jetted tub, a customized tiled shower across from his and her sinks. The master bedroom itself has a grand comfortable king bed with a flat screen television.

The guest house is down the boardwalk approximately thirty yards from the main house. This three story structure is nearly a full sized house by itself. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and private bath with two other bedrooms on the second floor, each with their own private bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. These bedrooms have access to a connected balcony that overlooks South Beach. The third floor has a large living room with a six person table, flat screen television and kitchenette with sink and mini fridge. Adjacent to the kitchenette is another gorgeous balcony with rocking chairs that look back to the other house and the coastline.

This house has three golf carts (two four-passenger carts and one six-passenger). The rent includes a membership to the Bald Head Island Club (with golf access - golf fees not included). A Shoals Club membership is available for an additional fee.
