Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Enjoy the panoramic view from your private balcony, lounge on the deck, take a dip in our heated pool, go for a walk on one of the longest sandy beaches in the world, or swim in the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It's yours to enjoy at Beach Cottages!

Our condo offers further amenities to enjoy your stay. Glass sliding doors access the balcony from our open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. New decorations and furniture have been chosen to give the Florida Vacation feel. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.

The master bedroom has it's own walk out to the balcony as well. It features a king size bed, a wall mounted HD TV and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom includes a double sink vanity, extra large glass enclosed shower with bench, and a walk in closet.

The second bedroom has twin beds. We include linens to convert these into a king size bed if desired. A full second bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to this bedroom.

Our expansive deck is located on the first floor. The pool, spa, and natural gas grills located here. This is a secure area for Beach Cottages 1 & 11. It can only be accessed from the first floor elevators or by key from the common areas. Your private parking is located on the ground floor under the deck.

Within a short walking or driving distance are restaurants, shopping, and activities. Larger shops and grocery stores are located just over the bridge on the mainland. One to Two miles.

Our unit is our vacation home. We enjoy it too! As such, we have engaged a locally based management staff to help you if needed to enjoy your stay.

Great place for vacation

We've been to Beach Cottages twice before and this unit was by far the nicest. It was clean, recently updated and had everything we needed. We did have a problem with the phone/internet being out when we arrived but the owner was very quick to respond to our phone call. The next time we stay in Indian Shores it will definately be here.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Terrific Gulf Front Condo!

Our family of 4 (2 children) spent 7 days at Beach Cottages from April 14th - 21st. The condo # 2503 was perfect for our stay. We were looking for a low key resort with a nice beach, pool, hot tub and this was the perfect spot. The condo was clean, well equiped with kichen items, beach items and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and St John's Pass. We will definetly consider this condo during our visit next time. The owners we perfect to work with and even dropped us an email upon our arrival to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
