Condo, 1 Bedroom, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2)

Tropical getaway for two (2), in a totally custom renovated, one-bedroom, two bath condo. The unit is located in the P building, top floor 4th, with great partial ocean view. unit is in the middle of the beautiful Maui Banyan property, conveniently located between two swimming pools, barbeques, and tennis courts. P405's total custom remodel completed in 2010 includes

Enlarged Lanai inorder to allow outside dining. This was a major improvement that separates our condo from all the other one bedrooms in Maui Banyan. Extensive use of Natural Stone , travertine flooring throughout. Frameless glass and travertine showers. All new stainless steel applicances in kitchen with granite on counters and island. Open concept living, all new pottery barn furniture.

Bedroom has kingsize bed.

42 inch HD flatscreen TV with cable box to enjoy HD programming , DVD player with movies available thru in-house program. 37 inch wall mounted HD flatscreen in bedroom, FM stereo with dock for Iphone and Ipod to enjoy your personal music.

two bathrooms a Plus

We had a absolutely wonderful vacation. The condo has a great floorplan and it wad very private. We also appreciated having two bathrooms. That was definitely a Bonus. We'll be back. Mahalo

Newly Weds

Thank you for letting stay in your beautiful condo. We had an amazing time, and would love to come back and stay here again soon. During our stay here, we were married on Feb 14th at the Po'olenalena beach with the reception at 808 Bistro surrounded by 60+ friends and family. Could not have asked for a better location. We had perfect and will remember this for the rest of our lives.

Dreams come true

well my wish came true. I got a trip to Maui for my Christmas present, then I was told I was staying in the same condo we stayed in last year. I was really excited. Felt just like home when I arrived. Had a wonderful time. Appreciate the use of the beach chairs, etc.

We were only in your condo for a few days. What a beautiful condo. So close to the beach. We saw sea turtles yesterday while we snorkekled just down the street from your condo. Thank you for your lovely vacation home
