The Pied-à-Terre features two balconies on the main level that open to create a refreshing cross breeze and a private, rooftop deck that can be accessed via an in-suite staircase (luxury yacht-type ladder) or by way of elevator and stairs from the building’s hallway. There are seaplane services and Ferry transportation to Vancouver, Seattle, Port Angeles and Bellingham that are easy and convenient.
