Welcome to Sunrise Beach Resort Hotel and our villa Sunrise 12. Sunrise 12 has been transformed , completely re-tiled and new furniture-which is Indian inspired. We have furnishings directly from India. This is a relaxing retreat with great tropical decor, high-tech, with free Wi-Fi, with free unlimited calling to USA.
Sunrise Beach has a restaurant/bar on-site (Violas) and is on the beach. We are 2 minutes walk to Atlantis.
If your choice is not available then please inquire about Sunrise 12A and 9A, all ocean view and at Sunrise and 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. There are 2 pools on site --one outside your door!

We are an affordable choice for families
The design has Austrian chalet construction and at night it is a wonderful place to be. If you find hotels overwhelming, noisy, crowded and expensive then Sunrise Beach Resort is for you. If you want a meal, breakfast, lunch or dinner then visit Violas restaurant on site. Violas provided Bahamanian inspired food at good rates and friendly service. If you want watersports visit the beach for Parasailing, Banana boat rides and the excitement of seeing one of the best beaches in the world- Cabbage Beach.
If you want to go snorkeling or scuba diving then coming to Paradise Island is the place to be based. Take a stroll over to Atlantis and get an Aquaventure pass (sold at $110 per adult, $80 per child) for the most exhilarating rides of your life (including entering a tube surrounded by sharks).
You can get a Discover Atlantis pass to tour the grounds and see 'the dig' , the underwater lost continent replication. Remember the beach access is unrestricted, as is the use of casino (no surprise there!) and restaurants (which includes Carmines, Cafe Martinique and some of the best restaurants you could dream of). At night take a stroll down Paradise Island Drive and see 'the Cloisters'- a transplanted monastery which is a favorite to explore. Walk 5 minutes to the ferry terminal and hop on a water taxi to Colonial Nassau. Visit Cafe Matisse for lunch and enjoy Bahamanian hospitality and mouth watering food. Take off on a side trip to Exuma or the Pink Sands beach of Harbour island (in Eleuthera). This trip will convert you to saying 'it is truly better in the Bahamas'. I have planned our vacations and I have found it nerve racking-is it good value? will others like it? will it be in the middle of nowhere? Others do not want to spend their holiday chasing their young children in a huge property-this is why Sunrise is appealing. Atlantis -intense water slides for 2 days maximum is ample-beyond that you are spending your hard earned money and not plugging in time for relaxation. Atlantis is a wonderful place, but very very costly for a family vacation, especially when you add the cost for each meal.

Paradise Island is a beautiful safe and peaceful island connected by 2 bridges to Nassau. The island is only 3 miles
long so all the amenities are within walking distance. You are located one property away from Atlantis-closer to the main part of Atlantis than Atlantis visitors, who need to take a shuttle to where you can go. You are next door to the One and Only Ocean Club.
Downtown Nassau is a colonial city with lots of interesting things to do and see.
Paradise Island has a beach side, where we are located and the harbour side a few minutes walk away.
We provide very comfortable villas on Paradise Island and provide long distance calls without charge to home, as well as free internet service. All villas have central air conditioning.
To access Atlantis simply buy passes at Atlantis if going on watersides. Access to casino and restaurants naturally has no cost.
Sunrise Beach Resort Hotel is on the same site as us and has earned very high Tripadvisor ratings. We rent independently to our guests, however to provide the most affordable rates. If you book last minute a special discount applies and if you book 2 or more places for the same time a 10% discount applies off nightly rate.
