Beautiful year round Ocean-Beachfront cottage with stunning views over Cape Cod Bay/Sagamore Beach. Property presents with a modern and light, bright interior with a Nantucket Style Decor inside and out. Modern kitchen and bath, cathedral ceilings in most room, skylight in Living room and Master Bedroom. Over sized windows about bring the natural beauty of the water views right into the home. A true front-row Ocean/Beach house, with no steep stairs to the beach just a natural sandy path through the dunes.

Enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the wrap-around deck facing the Ocean. Or step off the deck onto your private beach for some fun in the sun or a leisurely stroll along the extended beach, a true walking beach with 2-3 miles long of beach walking. One end of the beach connects to the world famous Cape Cod canal, and miles of beach surrounds you. Our properties are well managed, and we run them differently from others in the area. We leave them reminiscent of a home away from home, well stocked with amenities typically found in your home. We do not offer stripped down rentals houses.

General Information: This property has traditionally been a popular rental so we encourage you to book your reservations EARLY to preserve your selected week, we operate on a first come first serve basis. Please note we have a maximum capacity of 5-6 people. Best suited for a couple with children or couples. Maximum of 2 car space for parking. Your booking is considered book upon receipt of a signed lease with 50% of the rental amount due. A $300 Security Deposit and final rental payment are due 30 days prior to tenancy. (out of country visitors we may ask for final payments in advance of 30 days allowing ample timing for us to handle key access mailing to you via air mail)

Check In Time: 3:00PM

Check Out Time: 10:30AM

Minimum age to sign a lease agreement for rental is 25 years of age. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday unless multi-week rentals are engaged. We will notify you within 7 days of your rental 'if' we can arrange an earlier check-in time for you on you designated arrival date.

Local Location: This is the best place to do a lot on vacation or absolutely nothing! Your front row Oceanfront with an ever changing scenery of boats coming through the Cape Cod Canal. Big Yachts, Sail Boats, Barges to Coast Guard Ships and even the occasional Tall Ships! The Beach is Private so there is no rushing to save a spot on the beach. There is always plenty of room to spread out and enjoy!

Want something to do? Well, there is a lot close by: Convenient to Cape Cod Canal walk/bike trail (1.0 mile), Playground (0.25 mile), Cape Cod Historical Site (2.0 to 7.0 miles various), Sagamore Bridge (1 mile), great fishing either on beach or at the Cape Cod Canal (1.0), Ryan Amusement Center w/ indoor bowling (5.0 miles), Water Wizz Water Park (7.0 miles), The Famous Mayflower Ship and Plymouth Rock (10-12 miles), Kid's Pirate Cruise (10 miles), Go Kart racing (11 miles). And a huge selection of Dining and local eaterys about (1.25 to 7 miles). Deep Sea Fishing (10 mi) there are public golf courses through-out Cape Cod to enjoy.

With every rental we provide a list of all the extra amenities we leave at the property for you -- this way you pack less and save money and take the guess-work out of what to bring. (*) Courtesy Bed Linen are provided on the Honor System - If you decide to use the Bed Linens you must wash/dry prior to departure and have them ready for the next rental customer. Or you can always bring your own to avoid this task. We apologize, there is no-longer bed linen service to this area. Towels are NOT included in the rental, must bring your own towel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach house is exactly as described, clean and well appointed. The location is perfect and the beach is lovely. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends that will be visiting the area. We will be back!

My family had such a wonderful time at this beautiful house! It had gorgeous ocean views and we loved falling asleep at night to the sound of waves. The house was immaculate and adorably decorated to enhance the beach experience. The outdoor deck was spectacular to have meals or just sit and enjoy the ocean view. I especially appreciated the availability of beach chairs and toys and all the other essentials that were included! The private beach was key to our enjoyment as well...no crowds to beat! My daughter cried when we had to leave but we will be back again next year!
