This is a one-of-a kind ultra-modern, completely furnished, one bedroom with full length balcony on the 39th floor, looking south towards American Airlines Arena, Bayside and the beautiful downtown Miami skyline. When you step out to the balcony you have panoramic views of the intracoastal waterway and of South Beach.
I purchased the unit pre-construction in 2005 with the sole purpose of creating a beautifully appointed and decorated weekend getaway for my wife and me. I'm a contractor in Naples and when the building was completed in 2008, the fun began. I let my Miami modern creative juices flow: terrazzo floors, floating ceilings with rope lighting, all custom-made doors and frames, wall-mounted furniture, custom cabinetry in closets; you name it, no cost was spared.
Much has happened since then: we've had two kids and our romantic penthouse in the sky is rarely used. We've only let three of our closest friends stay in the unit; it's now time for you, our new friends, to enjoy my handiwork.
World-famous Lincoln Road and South Beach are just five minutes away.

We kicked off 2015 by spending 4 weeks here in January and there's not much more we can say other than "ditto" to the superlatives noted in reviews by previous renters...this condo is fabulous! It's as nice as the pictures show, and the views of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami, particularly in the evening, are spectacular. The location is ideal: an easy walk to the supermarket, walking distance to nearby museums, the AA Arena, Bayside Marketplace, and the Wynnwood Art District. While it is helpful to have a car, especially if you want to go to Miami Beach/South Beach (approx. 5-minute drive), you can get around much of Miami using the free MetroMover or free trolley, which can be picked up at the nearby Omni/Arscht Station, a 5-minute walk from the condo. We went as far as Coral Gables and Cocoanut Grove using this free transportation. There is also regular bus service to the beaches.
We loved the condo itself: sleek, modern, clean, and well-stocked for a lengthy stay. We appreciated the architectural details of the condo, which were built by the talented carpenter/condo-owner, Brian. We especially loved the oh-so-comfortable king-sized bed. If you have guests staying over, the pull-out Diletto sofa is quite comfortable as well. The building (Opera Tower) is well-maintained and located in a safe area with a nice mix of families, young professionals, and retirees. There's a very nice pool/deck area and workout gym, which we used during our stay. The nearby Venetian Causeway is also great for walks/runs.
In every aspect, Brian goes above and beyond to provide an enjoyable stay for his guests and he couldn't be any nicer. We can't say enough good things about this rental and highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Miami...thank you, Brian!
I could go on for days with my review of this condo, but let me just suffice to say that this condo is spectacular!! The views are outstanding and the owner Mr. Brian Page couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, the extra amenities that he included (for free I might add) really put my stay over the top.
I will be staying here again (provided it's available) the next time I'm in Miami!
My wife and I completely enjoyed staying at Brian's. He met us at the building and quickly gave us all the practical information we needed for our stay. In addition, there was a very generous amount of start off items such as sodas, milk, condiments, coffee, etc. to get us going.
For the unit itself, it is exactly (if not better than) the pictures and description depict. Everything was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The view from the balcony is terrific with complete views of downtown and then off across the river toward the beach (have to peek around the balcony a bit, but it is there).
The location is very ideal. There is a Publix (grocery store) a 5 minute walk away and time to/from airport is about 15 minutes. There is a nice park just behind the building and then a causeway that is great for a run in the morning. Also, there are a few newer restaurants, etc. nearby as the area is growing/rejuvenating. Easy to get to South Beach, Marlins stadium, arena, etc.
Brian provided a parking spot and while you could do without a car, I'd recommend you have one.
The building facilities are nice with swimming pool long enough for laps, hot tubs, and nice lounging and cabana style seating. There's also a decent gym and sauna for use as well. Property seems well maintained and security was present without being obtrusive.
Overall, a very nice stay and we'd be happy to visit Brian and his vacation home again for our next trip to Miami!
The view, the appartment, the location...stunning, modern, very nice!
Only 5 min. walk:
- Bus terminal
- Metromover station
- City shuttle stop
- Park with waterview
The location is very convenient, we walked to south beach, bayside market, downtown and other sightseeing places around the city.
The fotos are the real deal that you will get if you book this unit. Brian is very kind and friendly host. He supplied us with all the basic needs such as milk, water, beer, fruits, coffee, etc.
Night view from the appartment is amazing!!! We had a really good time staying there :)
We're officially spoiled for any other condo. Well appointed, tastefully decorated, ultra high end finishes, centrally located. Brian, your host, generously stocks this home not only with necessities, such as paper products, but also with a few essential food items like milk, so you can relax and enjoy life as soon as you arrive. Restaurant, store, salon in-building and many more across the street. Supermarket and trolley are right there, metro mover, rail, and bus connections two blocks away. Super pool and gym with free yoga on Sunday evenings. A+++ !
The title sums up the story but the details are what matters, and Brian really delivers.
First of all the condo looks exactly like the pictures but when you're in the apartment it is actually even better than the pictures. The furniture and furnishings are excellent and the the thoughtfulness in the design features made our stay very enjoyable. The master bed is extremely comfortable (more than my bed at home and that was a splurge purchase). And the master bedroom had black-out shades----who does that in a rental?
The bathroom was perfectly appointed and stocked with everything we needed. Well stocked and equipped kitchen. You get the idea. It's got all of the comforts of home, and then some.
The owner, Brian, is extraordinary as well. He was a pleasure to deal with leading in to our rental and is a very nice guy when you meet him. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. He made sure our check in was seamless, and it was. He provided fruit, coffee, the basic essentials and even beer and bottled water.
He provides a dedicated parking spot and the building has a so-so gym and a nice pool area, complete with gas BBQ's.
If you are looking for a rental, look no further.
