Charming, clean, 4bed/2bath summer house with large back yard. Great for kids, relaxing, fishing, biking, running, Fall or Spring get away, and fabulously inexpensive budget Summer rental. Enjoy the outdoor shower for a relaxing and refreshing feeling.

We are located in the Springs, East Hampton. Full access to private Clearwater Beach and Marina which is safe and wonderful for kids because it has a life guard, outdoor picnic tables and grilling grounds. We're a 5 minute walk to our private Clearwater Beach or drive 10 minutes to the Amagansett beaches. We are a 10 minute drive to Atlantic Beach in Amagansett which has parking for the public.

We have provided cute bed linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and wine glasses. There is a grill in the back yard for outside dining. Beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. Washer and dryer in the basement. Basically it has everything we would need when we go with the kids.
