You can see the river from the house as well as mountain views which creates that perfect ''I am on Vacation'' feeling! There are 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds with sleeping for 6 people as well as sofas for extra children if needed. Some of the amenities include: Hot Tub, Wireless Internet, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Gas Fireplace HDTV, DVD player and DVD Library.

Why the Owner Chose Christmas Valley 1: There is no better place to have a home Lake Tahoe!! Not only is there incredible scenery, but there is so much to do and fun to be had!! The decision to buy a house here was easy! The house is located out of the hustle bustle of South Lake Tahoe but close enough to all amenities. The river location is absolutely amazing!

We have enjoyed ourselves tremendously here this weekend. Thank you for sharing. We hope to be back soon.

We relaxed with cooking, hiking, sledding, and old-fashion family time away from the hustle & bustle (of course, we stayed away from So. Shore) The river and backyard are Zen-like!
