Perfectly nestled on the Sea Of Abaco on beautiful and quaint Green Turtle Cay lies a private community like no other. Twin Palms offers two lovely 'WATERFRONT TOWNHOUSE COTTAGES' with stunning views and spectacular sunsets that will leave you breathless.

Your accommodations will include two individual- 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath townhouses with open floorplan living. Dining and kitchen areas with 10' high ceilings, large porcelain floor tiles, and carpet in all bedrooms. Imagine yourself enjoying the cool breezes or relax on the private beach that was created for your full enjoyment. Twin Palms can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 occupancy at a rate of '$3,800 FOR A WEEK.'

'WE OFFER EXCELLENT RATES TO OUR GUESTS AND YOU WON'T FIND BETTER ACCOMMODATIONS ON THE ISLAND THAT OFFERS SUCH A WONDERFRUL PROPERTY AT THESE AMAZING RATES.

As you walk through your door you will certainly realize that you have found someplace special. Your own tropical paradise is at your back door with privacy, hammocks to relax in, a large 700 square feet waterfront deck that leads to your private dock that was just completed on April 10th, 2013. On your deck you can sunbathe and also you will find steps leading to the water for swimming and snorkeling.There are 'Peekaboo Ocean Kayaks' for enjoying those underwater viewing experiences, a basketball area as well to enjoy, a swing to enjoy in the kids area, a BBQ grilling area and water noodles for floating in the sea. Twin Palms offers it all.

Those who have stayed at Twin Palms have enjoyed the breathtaking sunsets and its location to both the Green Turtle Club & Marina as well as the Bluff House Marina. There you will find excellent dining options and boutique stores for your viewing or buying pleasure.

Twin Palms provides clean and open concept floorplans that take advantage of the beautiful views that this property affords. You will not be disappointed in your choice of accommodations.

Twin Palms does offer dockage. We have just completed the construction of our new dock here where you can tie your boat and take off for that morning fishing trip or a day out exploring.

This is a perfect rental for families, especially two families who want to be close but have their own space. Everything you need is included in each unit, from the kitchen to the washing machine soap. The units are located on the quieter end of the island and feel very private. The backyard area was perfect for play and relaxation. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. If you are visiting Green Turtle you need to stay here.

I have just returned from spending an amazing, fun and refreshing holiday at Twin Palms. Just like in the photos, from the moment you first step throught the doors and see the fantastic views, you know that you are in Paradise. The sunsets were unbelievable. I found the owner very friendly and helpful and the accommodation was immaculately clean, new, fresh and had a cheerful and comfortable feel about it. The home and grounds, with the private beach were fun and relaxing being so close to the ocean and I found the location to restaurants and activities very convenient.
It felt very sad on leaving, after having such a good time and can't wait to book my next trip back again to Twin Palms. I would certainly recommend Twin Palms to all my friends and family.

Twin palm, green turtle cay

This is the second year returning to green turtle for spring break. We have a family of five, (kids ages, 7, 8, and 11). This property was, by far, the best selection for us so far. It has a great location on the island, convenient to Green turtle club, and bluff house. There is a very nice, and relaxing White sand beach on the property. The unit is new, well maintained and super clean! The owner provided wi-fi, so communication and coordination with home was a huge bonus. Can't wait for next year...
