Enjoy the fantastic location of this beautifully-maintained, classic three-bedroom and two bath Park City condominium, located next to Park City Mountain Resort with balcony views of the slopes and less than a mile to Main Street. Shuttles are available just outside the building to whisk guests up the hill and the Park City transit system, with service to all the area ski resorts, stops just across the street.

The 1,430 square foot property accommodates up to 10 guests and offers a garage with ski storage. After a fabulous day of skiing and shopping guests can soothe tired muscles, relaxing in the property’s shared hot tub.

Guests will love gathering in the living area that features a 60” wide-screen TV with a DVD player, Comcast cable, Netflix and a surround-sound stereo system; fireplace, balcony and comfortable, overstuffed couches, one of which is a queen-sized sofa bed.

The adjacent informal dining area seats up to 10 with an additional four seats at the kitchen counter, located next to the dining area.

The large kitchen offers every amenity including microwave, refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher, small appliances, plenty of counter space and a full range of dining and cook ware. Guests will also appreciate the convenience of a washer and dryer located in the condominium.

Space is no problem in any of the three bedrooms, as all come with ample closets. The high ceilings in the bedrooms and bathrooms make the areas feel extra roomy.

The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with fireplace, balcony with sliding glass doors, flat-screen TV and DVD player, a lovely over-sized reading chair and ottoman and comfortable king-sized bed as well as a recently-remodeled master bathroom.

The first guest bedroom is well outfitted with a queen-sized bed, large window to let in plenty of light, large double closets and a flat screen TV.

The second, family-friendly bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds, a TV and large closet to stow gear for the entire crew. A second, full-sized bathroom is available for those staying in the guest rooms.

Cozy and Spacious Condominium Walking Distance to Park City

Our family has been lucky enough to stay in this clean and very comfortable condo while visiting our son who attends the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. We have visited in the summer and the fall and have been able to walk to Park City daily for meals and shopping. This property has a fully stocked kitchen, which afforded me the opportunity to cook meals for my entire family, nearby relatives, and our son's friend. This condo is also walking distance to Jan's sports where we rented mountain bikes and skis. We were able to ride our bikes to the trails on Park City mountain, just minutes from the condo and end our ride at the ice cream shop in Park City. In the evenings, we enjoyed watching movies on a flat screen T.V., reading books by the fireplace, and relaxing in the Jacuzzi on the first floor of the building. I would highly recommend this property at any time during the year.

Condo was amazing - very clean, well appointed and comfortable throughout. The Management Company, iTrip Park City, was in contact with us every step of the way, making sure we were well-informed, welcomed & happy with the property. We really liked this downtown condo because it's right in the center of all the activities without the crowds. The condo had everything we needed to feel right at home. I definitely know where I'll be staying from now on when visiting Park city! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

We were so pleased with the location of this property and proximity to both Deer Valley and Park City. This was a long planned ski vacation and we were very satisfied with the whole experience. The home was wonderful for our family and the kids. Every night after skiing the slopes, we were able to relax, cook dinner, watch TV and then go out. Everything about this property felt like home. The furnishings were tastefully done and welcoming. I would recommend this property and the services of iTrip Park City. We will definitely come again!

My wife and I regularly travel for work to Salt Lake City and we’ve always chosen to stay in Park City proper for convenience, a local atmosphere and the mountains. This past summer, we opted to stay in a vacation rental, operated by Park City Vacation Properties – iTrip, and we were very impressed with the quality and the condition of the condo. It was great to have the additional space, the downtown location to enjoy a hike or bike ride after a full day indoors and to have the option to relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. We’re travelling to Salt Lake again this winter, for work and leisure, and we will definitely choose to book with iTrip Park City again.

Comfortable Place/ Good Times!

We had 5 people and are second time here. The place has a very open roomy feel with lots of natural light. A quiet building which pretty much gave the common area to ourselves(Jacuzzi, Ping Pong, Sauna). Great location - walked in my boots to slopes about 2 blocks to the base mountain. Liked the private garage and storage but also took advantage of the convenient bus service we could catch just outside the condo building. A simple place that is clean, comfortable, and warm feeling with all the amenities one needs. Will return again. Thanks for the great stay with fun memories.

Stay away!

This condo is not as describwd or as pictured. It is outdated, dirty, not taken care of at al. We stayed for a week in December and upon arrival noticied how dirty the place was. There was so much dust on the coffee table you could write on it. Overpriced, old and dirty. Save your money and go somewhere else. Management was rude and innefective.

We do apologize for the inconveniences you faced upon your arrival and thank you for feedback.

Please recognize that within 24 hours of your initial call all issues and requests were addressed and resolved in a timey fashion – i.e. the coffee maker, low pressure of the shower and instructions for the fold out sofa. For those inconveniences that first evening, while we were unaware of the issues, we also chose to refund you for that night to demonstrate our capacity.

From recent reviews, Guests – both frequent visitors and new – have found the home to be very comfortable and clean with photography that does reflect the condo, location and amenities. We find it unfortunate that you and your party did not enjoy the home and we will take into consideration what you have said.
