This beautifully designed, retro-modern loft is just a moment walk from Downtown LA's best hot spots, including new bars and restaurants, and is conveniently located to all major freeways.

An 800 sq.ft. corner unit with updated kitchen and mosaic tiled bathroom, this spacious unit has 10ft ceilings with stained/polished concrete floors. Located on the 3rd floor inside a courtyard with a huge private 400 sq.ft. terrace with Weber grill and outdoor table and chairs, enclosed by bamboo tress.

Flat screen TV 54”, DVD & CD Bose System, books. Includes also a **HUGE** closet. California King size bed. High-end designer furniture. Parking space available inside the building. 24 hour concierge/security. 5-minute walk from the subway. 2-minute walk from the Los Angeles Athletic Club. We loved staying in this gorgeous and comfortable loft with a stunning outdoor patio in a recently restored beautiful 1911 building in ideal location (Spring and 7th) in downtown Los Angeles. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner/drinks/tea on the patio (truly an urban oasis) and being able to walk to everything (cafes, bars, restaurants, art galleries, farmers markets, fashion district, flower market, MOCA, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, subway, etc.). In addition, our dealings with the owner were delightful. We’d stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Amazing space

Sebastian's space is very cool and perfect for anyone needing a modern space downtown. He is a great communicator and key pick-up / coordination was verty straightforward. The apartment is quite spacious with open plan design. The outdoor deck/patio is great for morning coffee or chilling out at night. The location seems to be "on the turn" with a mixture of hipsters and homeless people. We always felt safe in the area and there are great restaurants and cafes nearby however I would be a little hesitant to take my kids or stray too far away from downtown as the area further away from 7th / Spring seems a bit sketchy (similar to Tenderloin in SF, parts of the East Village, etc). Overall, I 100% recommend Sebastian's space - it was very clean, had great amenities...he had me within the first 5 mins when I opened the fridge and found a complimentary six-pack of cold ones...sweet!

Sebastian is a great host! Easy going, responds promptly and organized. The loft was well appointed with nice details and fresh flowers. All of our needs were met... The loft is even better than the images and very comfy. Even though parts of downtown are a little sketchy at night, it is fine during the day and centrally located. We would definitely stay here again if available to us! Thanks Sebastian!

Flat out fantastic. Sebastian was an excellent communicator the entire time. The transaction couldnt have poosibly gone smoother. The loft itself was very well kept, and decorated quite nicely. It had a very homely feel to it, but modern in its own right. If you get the opportunity to stay there, you'll enjoy it without question.
