Because New York is the greatest City in the world.
Broadway, Opera, Theater, Dance, Ballet. The art museums and restaurants, the incredible energy and people of this fabulous City. A Harlem Brownstone with 2 fireplaces and 11 foot ceilings.
We stayed for a week in this clean, spacious and quiet Brownstone. Subway just a couple blocks away along with a few great restaurants (The Grange/Hogs Head/Trufa/Anchor Wine Bar) all within three blocks. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of channels to watch on the TV. We would definitely stay here again!
My daughter and I returned to this wonderful brownstone for the second year in a row. We now consider it our home when we visit New York City. We never want to stay anywhere else. Can't wait to come back later this year. It will always be our home away from home.
My sister and enjoyed staying in this lovely Brownstone! It was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It is located in a grittier part of town, however we felt safe. The subway is conveniently located just a few blocks away, with easy access to Columbia University, Time Square, Penn Station and beyond. The property owner was very responsive to getting the light in the bathroom fixed when it blew and adjusting the television settings so that we could watch the later innings of the World Series after being out all day! There is definitely room for four people with a queen bed and two over sized sofa chairs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) that turn into twin beds. I would definitely stay there again! Happy Travels!
Great comfy place. 2 blocks from subway. Would love to come back here again and stay a little longer. Darlyn was good to work with.
Just returned from an 8 day visit with my daughter, who was attending advertising camp at City College of New York. Wonderful stay and perfectly appointed brownstone. We really felt at home--and at ease--in the area, as well as the home. Everything from a full kitchen tool supply to hairdryer and good air conditioning and ceiling fans. I wish I had more time to sit around and read in the lovely surroundings of the apartment, but we went out a lot after my work and her camp. Internet was a saving grace to keep my work going. Close walking distance to the school, as well as the subway. Would highly recommend!
Such a nice place to come back to at the end of a busy day. Everything you need and more. Darlyn was more than helpful even though she was going through some really hard times. Location is so convenient to the subway and just an easy ride to time square and all the tourist sights. Would definitely come again.
