Notes: Our condominium features 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds in each, and a Master Bedroom with a king size bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living area has cable television with a DVD player. Each bedroom also has cable television and a DVD player. The granite countered kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, blender and cutting boards. Our condo has a dining room table and an eat-in bar top with stools. There is a washer/dryer in the condo as well. There is WiFi in our condo for access to the internet (and cat5 'wired' connection also).

We have stayed at several beach-front condos in Myrtle Beach in the past and the Dunes is by far the best. The Dunes waterpark is great ....our kids loved it. Scott's condo was wonderful. Very clean and the view from the balcony was super. And it had all that we needed in the kitchen for preparing meals and snacks. The area around the Dunes Village is very family friendly. We will be back in the future !!! Thanks Scott for being so helpful and letting us stay in your condo.

Absolutely Wonderful

We visited Myrtle Beach in late March and despite the variable March weather, had a wonderful time. The condo was pristine with a view of the ocean, had a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone. The complex had plenty to do, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect during the colder days. It was a very short drive from many Myrtle Beach attractions, but there was plenty to do at the resort so there was never a real need to venture far. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the downtown Myrtle Beach area.

The PERFECT getaway for anyone!

My friends and I rented this property for a week, and were BEYOND impressed. The condo is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and the resort was great for people of all ages. It was extremely clean, and fully equipped with all the kitchen supplies we needed to cook whatever our hearts desired. The washer and dryer were extremely helpful when returning with wet bathing suits and towels, and the balcony had a great side view of the beach, and was a great place to sit and drink coffee in the morning.
Even though we stayed during the off-season, we had no trouble finding things to do. Dunes Village is only a short drive/taxi ride away from all the main attractions (such as Broadway at the Beach and the skywheel), and cabs were extremely affordable. The owner was a pleasure, and gave very clear instructions, so we knew exactly how everything worked.
I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A great place for a family. Plenty to do on the property and minutes away from MB attractions. Condo has comfortable beds and plenty of room for large family. Has upgraded TV's, washer and dryer. Has a key pad lock so need to worry about taking a key to pool or beach.

Total Package...Clean...Fun...Affordable

Condo is GREAT! We picked the Dunes Village thinking it would be great for the kids (ages 14, 13, 12) and it was perfect! Condo is very clean (and I have owned a cleaning business for 15 years) so that is saying a lot. Has everything you could ever need. We have stayed several places in Myrtle Beach (my in laws live there) and this was the best so far. The kids loved the daily activities the dunes had for them but my favorite was the cabana and live music. Every staff member we came in contact with was very polite and helpful. The owner is wonderful, easy to work with and responds quickly to emails. All instuctions were easy to follow and that made the trip problem free! We would highly recommend this condo and plan on staying again soon.
