Situated between Boca Raton and Palm Beach - you will be close to everything you could ever want in a Florida vacation.

Relax in your private heated swimming pool which looks out over the lake and golf course. Stroll through the neighborhood on clean, neat sidewalks. Hop in the car and take a quick 15 minute drive and enjoy a wonderful breakfast at the beach. Ahhh, this is the life!

Walk in through the front door and be greeted with a wide open Florida view of the swimming pool and golf course. In fact, you can open all the doors in the house if you want to catch a fresh breeze because the pool is completely protected by a screen enclosure. No bugs - no mosquitoes - no bees!

This is the perfect Florida house - bright, open, airy and spacious. You can reach the pool from 5 different areas! Breakfast nook, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom!

Invite the grandkids for a visit - there's plenty of room for everyone! There's a King Size bed and TV in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV, and the very private den has a TV a DVD and a double recliner sofa.

Still need more sleeping space? The living room has a Queen Size sleeper sofa too!

The house is magnificently furnished with all designer goods. Each piece was hand selected to ensure that our guests feel pampered during their vacation. All linens, towels, kitchen goods are supplied by us for your use.

A Security System is engaged on all doors and windows for your peace of mind.

About The Owner

I retired 6 years ago and have spent many years traveling and staying at both fine and less-than-fine vacation spots.

I learned what makes a long-term stay wonderful - and I decorated and stocked this fabulous Boynton Beach house to duplicate the best stays that I had on my travels.

I know that this isn't just a rental - it's your HOME for the winter. And I've done everything I can to make you love it here!

The Owner purchased this house in 2006
Why The Owner chose Boynton Beach

It's the perfect location for a winter vacation. Close to the beach without worrying about beach traffic every time you drive, quick 25 minutes to the Palm Beach airport and to amazing Palm Beach and all of the culture and theatre and shopping and dining you could possibly want.

Boynton has beautiful quiet beaches in the area - wide open sand and warm water. But if you want a more energetic beach when the grandkids come - Delray Beach is only 15 minutes away.

Delray will be one of your favorite places to visit. Boutique shops and restaurants, street festivals, art shows - it's my favorite town to visit when we're out for a breezy strolling evening.

What makes this house unique

This is one of the few homes that I have visited (within a reasonable rental price) that have both a golf course view and a lovely water view. The private pool is on the back, west side of the house. Consequently, there are gorgeous sunsets that you will be able to enjoy while dipping your tootsies in the perfect pool water.

Everyone who has ever rented this home has LOVED it. In fact 3 of the past renters have had such a fabulous experience that they asked to BUY the house!

Now - it's your turn to have a great experience. Don't settle for a bare bones house with no amenities or special touches.

We just returned from a month in this lovely home. This was our first experience with a vacation rental & we didn't know what to expect. The home is roomy, immaculate & well stocked with all necessities. The property is maintained beautifully. The screened pool & patio were so lovely. Although the pool was one of the major reasons we wanted to stay here, we didn't make as much use of it as I thought we would. However it was very relaxing to sit out there each morning with our coffee. Janice responded to all our questions promptly. The only negative was when we asked her about the possibility of renting next year for 2 months, she told us the house was being sold. So sad. But thanks Janet for a wonderful experience.

Great location, beautiful decor, safe and quiet neighborhood

I've stayed at many rentals properties in Florida, and this one was the ONLY one that felt like we were in a home and not in a rental. Everything we needed was provided - the kitchen was well stocked, the furnishings were as nice (or nicer) than we have at home. The house was in great condition and the bedrooms were freshly made with clean crisp linens.

Sitting by the pool watching the golfers, the birds, the sunsets - we couldn't have picked a better place.

Lots of shopping, beaches and restaurants within just a few minutes drive.

Highly recommend this property!
