Our rates range from $100 to $135 per night.
Our cottage is a quick five minutes from Liberty University and Lynchburg College and 10-15 minutes from Randolph College.
Come relax in our turn-of-the-century farm cottage located conveniently in the city of Lynchburg. The 1,200 square foot cottage sleeps six people comfortably and has been RECENTLY UPDATED and REMODELED with hardwood floors and comes completely furnished with antique and reproduction furniture, a leather couch and two TV’s.
Upstairs, one bedroom is furnished with A KING BED and the second bedroom has TWO QUEEN PILLOTOP BEDS. (We just upgraded to a GEL MEMORY FOAM KING mattress in the first bedroom.) Since both bedrooms are upstairs the cottage may not be suitable for those with physical limitations.
Outside you can enjoy two decks that overlook the property's 5.5 acres. There's also a creek and woods.
Other amenities include hi-speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, central heat and air and furnished kitchen. We furnish towels, hair dryer, soaps, shampoo, bed linens, pots and pans, silverware, cups and plates. Just bring your suitcase!
Timberlake Cottage is an ideal place for visiting parents, short-term stays or vacation.
For those families with children, we are located just two doors down from Tiny Town Golf and Fabulous Fudge (they have ice cream too).

While we love animals, unfortunately PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the cottage.
Smoking is permitted outside on either porch. NO SMOKING INSIDE the cottage.
Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am.
Early check-ins or check-outs may be available depending on bookings.
This is a small cottage with one bathroom. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 PERSONS.
RESERVATIONS: A payment of 50% of total rental is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is refunded 7 days after departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are non-refundable. If we can re-rent that period we will gladly refund 100% of money paid minus the $100 cancellation fee. Unlike hotels that have many rooms to rent, we only have one home to rent and cancellations affect us significantly. Many families and travelers make travel plan months in advance and very few book at the last minute leaving us little time to rebook a cancelled reservation. We recommend travel insurance for your trip if for some reason you need to cancel.
