We stayed in Houston for 5 days with our 2 year old daughter for a minor surgery at the TCH and the apartment was perfect! From the beginning, everything on the check-in checklist was clear and helpful. The apartment is very cosy and well equipped. Stacy has many little details in place to make you feel home right away (A dozen movies, water in the fridge, remote control for the complex entrance, easy to find Wifi passwords, etc.)
The apartment has complete kitchen appliances, and all the needed cleaning supplies (dishwasher soap, napkins, paper towels, trash bags, clothes detergent, and so on....). We cooked breakfast and dinner most of our stay and everything we needed was there... kitchenware, wine openers, cheese grater, kitchen knifes, coffee maker, wine glasses, napkins, sous-plats, salt & pepper, etc...
On top of that, we loved the fact that the apartment is very well maintained and clean. Furniture and decoration are cosy and comfortable. Location is very convenient and the view over the pool from the balcony of the master bedroom gives it a nice feeling.
If you order packages, make sure you ask Stacy for the P.O. Box number in case your packages get delivered there. We received packages in both locations (Apartment & P.O. Box)
Would definitely recommend it and stay again!.
