We are newly retired and live in Northern California. We grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and Ontario, Ca.
This property is a classic a Paso Robles charmer and has located us closer to our daughter and son-in-law who live in Paso Robles and to our family in the southern half of the state. This is the perfect house for all of us to get together at various times during the year. Our family loves wine and for years we have made a wine tasting a family tradition. We have visited all California wine tasting areas and love the central coast area the best.
This property caught our eye the minute we saw its sunny exterior. The large covered front porch is a perfect spot to sit and relax in the afternoon. We enjoy watching the deer walk by (please do not approach the deer or feed them). This home makes you feel you are in a rural area when you are in walking distance to downtown.
There are several outdoor entertainment areas and patios. The backyard is completely fenced for privacy.
The inside of the home has a unique layout as there is a bedroom and bathroom at each side of the house separated by the living room. And of course the picture window in the living room showers the inside with light.
This home is a classic. We love it.
