We've been spending our spring vacation in Cape Coral for the past 11 years. This beautiful pool home in a quiet neighborhood of south west Cape Coral was too good to be true so we purchased it in April 2011. We hope you enjoy it as much as we will.
Our 5 year old son loves to catch Mangrove Snappers from the dock. The Ladyfish give him quite a battle also. Feel free to use his fishing tackle and good luck!
We had a great time at this beautiful property. The house is immaculate and equipped with everything you need. Wonderful master bedroom suite, great pool and canal view. Close to grocery store and everything else the Cape has to offer is just a short drive away. Great for families, our 2 girls had the time of their lives. Communication with owner and property manager was flawless. We will definately come again. Thank you!
We stayed in this home with 4 adults and one child. There was more than enough room in this beautifully decorated, immaculate house. The house is very well stocked with everything you need, including cooking needs, washer/dryer, linens, great grill, comfortable furnishings both inside and out. Ceiling fans are in all the rooms, including in the linai by the pool. The pool is beautiful and very clean. There is also a canal with boat dock in the back, and the property is beautifully landscaped. The pictures don't do the house justice.
The home was close to shopping, great restaurants and lots to do. Close to Cape Coral public beach, as well as Fort Myers Beaches. It is an easy drive to Naples, as well as Sanibel and Captiva Islands - all great places to visit.
I would very highly recommend this home to rent for a long or short term stay, and hope to return again.
